Staybridge Suites INDIANAPOLIS-CARMEL, an IHG Hotel

I was in town for my granddaughter’s dance competition and I could not have been more pleased. The location, accommodations, cleanliness, friendliness of staff and superb breakfast ( flavor and variety) definitely make me want to return. Thanks so much!

Beautiful property it wasn’t too loud. Breakfast was good. Parking was not too bad. I would definitely stay here again if I ever travel back to Indianapolis.

Great property. Trip with our grandsons and the two bedroom suite is perfect. A little disappointed that the hot tub picture was filled and not there anymore. The snack breakfast area is excellent

Stayed there for a week with a family of five in one of their two bedroom suites. It was fantastic and we'd absolutely stay there again (and likely will!) Big plusses: 1) The breakfast is fantastic. Way better than I typically expect for a free breakfast - there was fresh fruit, eggs and a breakfast meat every morning and they kept things well stocked. 2) The pool and exercise rooms are a plus. A lot of extended stay places don't have these amenities. 3) The facility was in very good condition (as of Fall 2024). I think the only way this might not meet expectations is that the housekeeping wasn't quite as comprehensive as you might be used to. For example, they don't change your towels and sheets every day. That wasn't an issue for us and they likely would have done it more often if we weren't constantly in the room. But if you are a stickler for daily maid service, you may want to pick another hotel.

Cleanest dog friendly hotel I have ever stayed at.

Our day was good, but check-in was really bad. I told them that we had booked and paid through hotel.com but I had not yet received a receipt and they had no record of my payment. Only my name as reserved so the guy at the front desk did not seem like what he was doing And he charged me two times on my credit card for $105 each time. Then when we got back to my room about an hour later, I saw that we had a receipt for $131 to Hotels.com as of now we still have not Received notice that the previous 2 $105 charges have been reversed. Other than that, the stay was fine.

Breakfast and dining area were good.

Hotel and room were great! Just need to clean a little better. Dust everywhere!

It was just on Temperature 55 when we arrived, took awhile fur room to heat up. One of the bathroom sinks had no water. Had to wash your have in the bathtub after using the restroom.

Absolutely loved the stay. Pet friendly. Clean. And in a nice area. Definitely will book again when visiting with my family

The kitchen design is nice. Having the kitchenette with stove fridge microwave dishwasher and sink. The queen size bed mattress was thinner and uncomfortable to me. The sofa bed also had a very thin uncomfortable mattress. The bathroom is the type with shower and toilet in one room and you have to exit to use the sink to wash your hands. The bed is right outside that, so disruptive to anyone sleeping if you have to go during the night. Shower pressure and temperature was weak, and they must have a conditioner in the water, because you never really feel clean or rinsed off. Kind of a slimy feeling to me. The staff was great very accommodating and helpful. The pool is much smaller than the pictures seem to show, and our visit in December the water was so cold ( wasn’t heated properly) we couldn’t swim. Big disappointment for our little one. The continental breakfast was typical. The area was very clean and nice.
