Just little more being nice , property is ok , showing some signs of not caring as much and the place is getting older

No hot water to begin with and complaining had no value. The flow of water was so low that the place is great for someone who has a shower once a week. The blanket was dirty. They have a team betweem 11 and 3 only so god bless if yu neex help out of those hours

I really enjoyed the suite. The pictures are exactly what the room looks like. Very peaceful and enjoyed watching the sun rise on the balcony. This will forever be my spot to stay at when I visit Vegas.

Nice room with lots of amenities.

The room was very clean when we arrived there. Every time I called Street view suites with a request they always answer no communication issues at all, I don’t remember the name of the lady that answer the phone but she was always helpful.

Great place to stay beside the strip without the casinos and smoke. Also great if you have kids since there’s a kitchenette that can be used

Super disappointed

The property was not kept clean. Nobody responds on time. I had a booking for 4 ppl n yet the queen bed was not made.

Pros: -Convenient location, not very far from the Strip. -Fairly clean (though not perfect). -Jacuzzi at the bathroom/shower -Had a balcony with a fair view Cons: -We stayed at the Signature at MGM, Suite Tower 2. If you expect timely assistance from a front desk, this is not the place. Every time we called for something like shampoo, dish soap, towels, or bed sheets, we were told the property is privately owned and we’d need to call a private number and they will tell you wait for the homemaker, who works only from 11 AM to 5 PM. So, if you need something urgently, you’re on your own until the next day. That’s how we were treated. -The safe was broken when we arrived. Despite notifying them immediately, no one came to fix it during our 4-day stay. They were shifting me back and forth to the private number and hotel security to figure this out. a few calls I made without any respond at the end! -The bed sheets were not clean (spots and hair was noted on them), and we had to request a replacement, which arrived the next day (as mentioned above) -The kitchen pots and pans were in terrible condition, with lots of scratches and not usable. Overall, if you’re traveling with family and expect "great" hotel service, this is not the right place for you.

It was not clear that many accommodations had to be made through the property management company (i.e maid service). Made even more difficult by booking through a 3rd party. Will be booking directly with hotel next time. For 13 nights- it was one more thing to manage.

Great affordable area close to many amenities.

Loved it here! So convenient indoor access walk to MGM Grand I was in tower 1 2nd floor. Room was Clean had towels enough toilet paper for both restrooms all that is needed in a apt. Management answered quick when I had questions. I couldn’t open the sofa bed cause it was stuck and within an hour they offered me a new room or another sofa bed or air mattress. I picked another sofa to avoid the hassle of moving my stuff. I didn’t have any issues overall. I recommend it!

It was clean and nice to stay for business trip. I was able to get dinner and snack from MGM Grand from walking through connected corridors .

The room smelled badly. They came to fix it but it was still stinky. The tv was little and the microwave over the sink didnt work. So they had a little one on the side that took forever to work. But other than that it was ok. Kind of older place but nice.

My stay at the Signature property was excellent! Very painless check-in/checkout, and the location was great. Airport access is also a thumbs up! Would highly recommend.

Awesome location to all the events we attended

The room was a good pick, but the door would not close, so i had to wait for someone to fix it. The problem was that since we booked through hotel.com the signature hotel had to get an approval from stripview suites which they never answered and they never sent an approval to fix the door, I stayed for 4 days. 2 days i could not leav my room becUse of it. I missed 2 days of vacation stuck in a room until i decided to try and fix it myself. Door had a screw loose and was not letting the door close. I wasted 2 days and spend over $1,500 for this hotel.
