Not the best area. People fought/ slammed doors in the middle of the night.

It is a nice motel, clean rooms, was on the 1st floor wish they didn't seal the door to the outside, we had a service dog and had to walk long distance for him to go outside, otherwise staff was nice

I was satisfied with the room. It was spacious and clean. The shower pressure is above my expectations as well as the service from the front desk. I would definitely stay there again.

No breakfast..not even coffee ,lights on patio on patios ,cant sleep, sketchy people in parking lot, staff barely speaks english, not happy and want my money back but im sure no body will step up and make this right

The room was not cleaned prior to arrival. There was hair all over the sheets, towels, and shower. The room was an ADA accommodations room however those amenities should be replaced. I weigh around 200 pounds. When I went to sit in the shower chair, it nearly broke in half. There’s rust all around the legs of it.

All the staff are super nice and friendly. The rooms are huge and it’s so comfortable being here.

The walls are extremely thin, the room had a weird scent and so did the water. My remote control for the tv had missing buttons but the front desk was helpful enough to provide me a new remote. The bed sheets had a cigarette smell and there was a hole on top of the bed sheet that resembled the shape of a cigarette. The pillow sheets had small hairs so i was left with the impression that the sheets weren’t changed. The towels are very thin and seem a bit sketchy to use, they can definitely replace those towels for newer ones or some that are in better condition. House keeping cleaned only my restroom and left foot prints on the floor. There’s a lot of homeless people who wander around the area nonetheless my car was tampered with and there seems to be a lot of security cameras. i did feel safe because you need a key pass to enter into the hotel even if you are checking in so random people can’t enter into the facility.

For Motel 6 to be making a change from “motel” to “hotel”, it’s a great start. The bathroom linens need replacing. I’m not sure if the were actually dirty or just old, they don’t smell, just stained. Not the greatest area but a business can’t change that. Overall it was exactly what we needed.

The entire property smelled like marijuana and could tell place needed updated other than that. It was an affordable option.

We felt safe and had a good nights sleep. The shower is set to stop at “warm”, so it never got hot… brrr.

The front desk staff was amazing! He was so patient so helpful and really was just so nice! Made the situation I was in so much easier and just appreciated the welcoming feeling!

Renovated and nice easy check in. Smelled like smoke in the hallways and the neighborhood is nothing special.

The room was nice and clean, had everything I needed. The bed was so comfortable-more so than my own bed. The people staying there are so quiet at night-unlike other hotels I have stayed where people are noisy. I stay there every time I need to be in Phoenix. The staff is very friendly.
