Suburban Studios Brunswick I-95

Plumbing problem at home caused me to spend night at this hotel. My mistake was not checking room out when I checked in. Returned to find room in unacceptable condition: toilet wouldnt flush, tv didnt work, no blanket in room (temp freezing outside) only sheet and thin spread. Bathroom floor was dirty. Only working light in bath and one lamp in room. Nobody in office. Left at 1130pm to spend night at neighbor's home. The worst!

When I get there said is full and I don’t know where I’m going with my 2 kids… also they advertise breakfast included and Expedia customer service representative said no, smell to much cigarette

I couldn't get a refund even though I didn't stay there

Expedia lists "includes Breakfast" This is not true. They claim to offer coffee but do not open the office until 8:30 AM I purchased toilet paper as there was non. No towels or wash cloths were provided as laundry was said to be packed up. I did get them the following evening after a small dust up. 30 hours after arrival. I would avoid this facility

Near highway so expect some road noise on highway side, renovated but not super well renovated, not bad for the price

I Booked a King room,for my girlfriend and myself,when checked in i was giving a queen room,which was a inconvenient to me,the room was not the greatest,and not the cleanest,they focus more on making sure u dont have a guess stop by,then the Cleanliness of the room,pics, Submitted,this app will not let me i Enclose pics,Rooms look nothing like what they have posted on the Hotel sites,I dont even think they have one room that looks that nice,,there Pictures they have on the website it's very misleading and im sad to say that.

It worked for what I needed but the room was not clean. There is mold growing in bathroom and under the beds. The door looked like someone tried to break in, and the sheets and blankets had stains all over them. I will not be staying again unless I'm desperate.

The nastiest place you could ever imagine. We wouldn't let our feet touch the nasty floor. Check in time was 3pm, we got there 5:45pm. They started cleaning the room then and our room wasn't ready until 7:45pm. But you couldn't smell any cleaners or anything fresh smelling right after they were done. Everyone was commenting about the nasty rooms. We only stayed there because we evacuated for hurricane Milton and couldn't find another room.

DO NOT STAY HERE. TURN AROUND. I stayed in room 105, lower level. There were no towels or towel bars, toilet paper was on the back of the toilet. There was a used soap wrapper on the sink, the tv didn’t work and the a/c, while cold, sounded like a jet engine, which was occasional good because there was so much noise outside my room - ALL NIGHT LONG. Who knows what was going on! My card keys didn’t work, and the night manager, Zack, had to use the master key to let me back in. That was when I noticed the condition of the lock, which looked like it had been broken and the door was seriously compromised by the door lock. I definitely didn’t feel safe. The exterior had dirty towels and puddles - generally filthy. There were people loitering all about the property and if I hadn’t driven for hours evacuating from hurricane Milton in Florida, I would have left and taken my chance sleeping in my car at a rest area. I had also already paid $200 (!!!!) through Expedia. This property should not be an option on Expedia! It’s clearly a long-term housing option, given the number of children trying to make the school bus in the morning.

This property did not look like the pictures at all. It was absolutely filthy. We had to ask several times for towels. Water shot out of the wall when we tried to use shower. Not around the faucet, out of the wall. Floor under tub was rotted so tub wobbled when standing in it. Would not even consider sitting down. Walked to bathroom at night and had completely black feet in the morning. One the plus side, we saw no bugs.

Nothing it was a cute place

IT WAS OK. COULDN'T GET MUCH SLEEP BECAUSE THE NEIGHBOR'S COMPANY WAS TOO LOUD.

Room had no supplies….towels, washcloths, cups, shampoo. Been sitting in a car for 14 hours, so didn’t need to have to go to the office and get these items after I had settled in.

Room was very clean. Absolutely did not like bathroom sink, no way hold water in sink. Bath soaps were the worst I've ever seen in any motel, would not produce any soap.

The hotel has an inexpensive prices. On the downside they cut back on items available in the rooms.

Stay was Ok nothing special good or bad

The bed was full of hair and you could tell the room had not been vacuumed in a long time. Asked to get another room and it was the same

They overcharged me. They ripped me oss. Don’t stay there.
