We came to the resort and ate at the restaurant here, we had dinner here and the food and drinks, it was all good. Some dishes better than others as my dad’s food was too salty, his potato’s weren’t fully cooked all the way thru. This place is going to run you some money as it is a higher end establishment so do not expect to come in for cheap food, unless… you come for happy hour. “The 3 Little Bird’s” is their plate of wings, 6 big wings for $8 is such a good deal. Paired up with a $4 cider beer… I will come here just for wings and beer. The taste of the wings, crispy hot wings is amazing, I consider them the best restaurant quality wings I’ve ever had. I will be coming back with my wife for happy hour wings and beer all the time. Not to mention, there is a lot of outdoor stuff to do, and the views are beautiful. I haven’t stayed here yet but will soon. The staff are nice and helpful. The vibes and feel of Suncadia just make you happy and wanting to come back. I do recommend coming here with friends and family and having a good time. I will be coming back!

We went there with the family. It was a nice trip except for the food at the Lodge. Room service breakfast was very small and mediocre at best. I signed the bill when the food was brought to my room... it was $85 for 2 plates and 2 extra eggs... I didn't even want to tip, but I left a $5 tip anyways... I will post the picture of we got. When I was checking out I noticed that I was charged $99 for the Breakfast... I guess they decided that they deserve an extra tip from me. I usually tip well if the food is good and the service is somewhat nice... not in this case... Very disappointed...

Disappointing stay. I checked in at 2pm knowing the room wouldn’t be ready until 4 pm. We took the kids to the pool and then to dinner. I was notified the room was ready at 5:48pm. I was offered resort credit that would’ve been helpful prior to dinner at a nearby restaurant. I was told my dog would receive a pet amenity, but didn’t because they were out of supplies. I thought the text service was somewhat useful until I asked about the cafe that was supposed to open at 7am. There were 4 other guests waiting for it to open. I let the front desk know at 7:05am and was told there were getting it ready which was impossible since a lock was on the doors. After waiting 15 more minutes, another guest went to the front desk and was told the manager was notified. It finally opened at 7:30 am. Don’t forget to check your bill before you leave, because if you don’t remind the staff at check out your bill will not reflect it. I don’t think you should have to remind them about the credits. Not sure my family and I will return

Location is beautiful! When it’s a clear day the view is breathtaking. Resort sits on a river high on a mountain top. We didn’t know this until 3 days into our stay when the weather/clouds cleared. We had Thanksgiving dinner here and must say, it was the most delicious feast we’ve ever had. Ate at the bar 4 days prior and it wasn’t great, so this made up for it! We stayed for 7 nights and housekeeping only came by twice. Maybe they are short staffed, but we could’ve used some towels and coffee! Nearby town of Rosalyn is neat to visit. It’s where they filmed the show Northern Exposure back in the day. Not much to do in Cle Elum we found. Drive to Leavenworth, it’s a fun Bavarian village.

My partner surprised me with a night at Suncadia, in a penthouse suite (really nice surprise). This is the nicest place I've stayed, it was stunning. It has a full (gorgeous) kitchen, washer/dryer, gas fireplace, balcony with beautiful views, huge bathroom, etc. We live in the desert, so the view from the balcony was jaw dropping with the trees, mountains, river. We had dinner and a drink in one of the restaurants downstairs, also fantastic. The room was so nice that I didn't want to be gone for too long, we didn't even turn the TV on. We sat on the balcony and enjoyed a glass of wine, just looking at the views. It got very windy at night, like howling winds, but it was extra nice to have the fireplace. The one regret we have is not staying here closer to the end of our week-long vacation, we could have gotten our laundry done prior to returning home. We talked about it and will be back, for more than one night, just a lovely, serene experience.
