The room was nice, it was just a place to lay our heads for the night. Room seemed updated minus the bathrooms. the toilet had some crazy looking cracks/stains looked more like and bathtub was outdated, but it did the trick. overall felt really safe at this hotel.

I reserved a room for check in on December 24 and check out on December 27, a three-night stay. However, I had to check out on December 26 and the agent behind the desk reacted somewhat surprised I was checking out a day early. I paid with a credit card and I was charged in advance for all three nights but only stayed two nights. Since there has been no refund to my credit card for the third night I will never stay at a Super 8 again. Due to these circumstances, I will never choose to stay at a Super 8 ever again. If someone would like to contact me about this I can be reached by email at jybaron1@yahoo.com or by phone at 817-300-9630 though I doubt anyone will bother to fix this error.

Front desk Staff didn’t know if rooms were clean and available to accommodate guest. Front desk made it seem as though the hotel system and Expedia’s system didn’t match up. Listings started breakfast but only had coffee.

The bathroom ceiling had black mold and a leak dripping from overhead above shower. The bathtub had a crack in it. The property was old and unkept. The mattesses had what looked like bed bug stains all throughout. The parking was limited and it looked like an old, ratty ghetto motel. 0 out of 10, would not recommend.

The room had not been updated in years. The toilet set was not installed correctly you had to set almost on the ceramic rim. Roaches! 3 times thank God for house shoe. Handicap Rm. DOOR! stuck, you had to kick the door with force to get inside. The hinged lever lock was a joke , you had to force it to get it off the knob. Dangerous for elderly in case if emergency. Loud parties in back area parking lot

It smelled like mildew.. there was pieces of fake eyelashes all over the place.. and light fixture just fell off the wall.. it had a screw where they tried to fix it.. well it didn’t work. Look elsewhere people!

I didn't stay. At the moment we entered the room we saw cockroaches all around the door. I lifted the sheets up of one of the beds and one cockroach was also there, alive. Wanted to call front desk and also the phone had the bugs around. The lady at front desk was very rude to me but I was just trying to understand how the reimbursement was going to work. Hope someone can see the video of Sunday around 2:20am.
