We had an incredible stay at Tetra, one of the Marriott hotels. The property is immaculate, with a modern and stylish design that truly stands out. Everything feels fresh and new, making for a comfortable and luxurious experience.
The customer service was outstanding—every staff member I encountered was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. It’s rare to find a hotel that checks all the boxes, but Tetra absolutely does.
Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a top-notch experience. I’ll definitely be returning!

Gorgeous facility. Front desk person Arianna was amazing! She helped me with two major items during my stay. First, she helped me get a complex, tight fitting two piece dress on correctly and also helped return a dance costume that had gotten dropped near the front door . She was so helpful and deserves special recognition.

Me and my husband stayed at Terra for a long weekend. We were greeted by the most welcoming staff. Check in was smooth and easy. This property was extremely quiet, and clean. The only thing I could complain about was the rooms are small. Other than that amazing! We will be back

This is the second time we've stayed at Tetra. it's a beautiful hotel with a great staff. Both times we were helped by Nolan both times and he was amazing to work with in making accomodations for us!

Hotel charged me 2 times for room service that I did not order. Called once and they hung up on me instead of putting me on hold. Then they said they would check with the restaurant and get back with me. They never called back. I had to call Marriott to get any action taken.
Front desk staff was not overly friendly during the stay.

The hotel has a very clean minimal aesthetic. The location is quiet, near google. However there are no restaurants within walking distance, except for the one inside in the hotel. But if you want a late lunch early dinner or a good latte, you’ll have to drive off to find it. Parking structure available, for a fee. Beds are looooow profile, if you are ver tall or need something easy to roll out of in the mornings, these beds might not be for you. The day we arrived, the lady at the desk was not very welcoming or helpful as we checked in. She seemed to be in a foul mood. The next morning the staff at the desk was much nicer and a lot more helpful. Overall the stay was fine, with a few bumps along the way.
