Incredible staff make this property what it is. Yes the area is busy with homeless people about. But it’s a big city and that’s not to do with the staff. It is also incredibly situated for great food scene. It’s clean. Comfortable. And again has incredible staff. We dealt with at least 5 staff members and they were really helpful and genuine.

The room was clean and the stay was pleasant. The staff is very nice and helpful and there is security at the door at night. Great to walk to everything that’s close by. Would stay again.

I booked this hotel based on the rate and the stellar reviews, and was not disappointed. This was only an overnight stay, but I'd definitely stay here again.
It's about a 10 min walk from the Westlake Center rail stop, so it's easily accessible from the airport via train. There is a bit of a homeless population nearby (on 3rd Ave), but 4th Ave and the streets towards the water did not seem to have this.
The customer service was excellent and they offer some nice perks i.e. some snacks in the room and I believe coffee that I did not take advantage of. There is also a really popular breakfast spot next door.
My room was clean and comfortable.
I will not hesitate to stay here again next time I've visiting Seattle.

There was no where to park but street parking. Garage parking is an extra $35. If yoif you park on the street then you have to mo move your car every 2 hrs. The price is not worth the moneyThe crack heads are everywhere.

This was my first stay at Belltown Inn, I enjoyed my stay! Convenient location, friendly and helpful staff, and clean room. Parking is close by with ample signage. I’ll be back next time I’m in Seattle!

Very clean, great customer service. Enjoyed watching the people taking there dogs to the dog park which is right across the street from the INN. There are some homeless walking around the area, however the 3 days we were there they never bothered us. Pike Place market place is a short walk and plenty of wonderful restaurants are within a easy walk.

Staff were incredible, always available to help and to provide great recommendations if you never visited the area before.
There was nothing wrong with the property. It was kept very clean, and the house keeping were always there every morning to ensure they kept the place spotless.
The only drawback to some may be the lack of food options, although they did give free coffee every morning for a good amount of time, and it tasted good. But, there are plenty of options around to walk to.
The area is relatively safe. Never had a single issue and I walked the entire time I was in Seattle.
I would highly recommend the Belltown Inn if you plan on visiting Seattle!

I am in hotels about 75 nights a year and this is the best value hotel I can remember. A beautifully appointed room that was small but not cramped because of the thoughtful design. Very comfortable and pretty, not sterile. Friendly staff. This hotel is worth trying.

Property was clean and well taken care of. Perfect location as we were seeing a show at the Paramount Theatre and rode scooters to and from. Very close walking distance to Pike’s Place. Staff was nice! We definitely will stay here again if we need a place to stay in Seattle!

I was so happy I chose this hotel. The area apparently is not safe but I am still so happy I chose this place. The location was easy to find and the check in was so smooth and pleasant. We got a room that faced a street but it barely has traffic and it was so quiet because of the double set of sliding glass doors. The room is not small. It has a sink and kitchenette. The room was clean and very well appointed. I love the placement and number of garbage cans! It's so annoying when there aren't enough garbage cans. Washroom is a good size & bed was comfy too. It was so easy to get the parking across the street. We also took the bus directly from central downtown and it was so convenient when we had very heavy bags of goods. Literally hop on hop off. It was about a 20 minute walk to Pine/Pike Street. Finally, the hotel is so close to many restaurants. We mostly walked for breakfasts and late night food! It was so good to see the area. Some areas nearby have weird people but I had no problem with it. I would come back again.

Excellent front of house staff! Helpful, knowledgeable and friendly was very happy to spend my anniversary here. Walkable to everything I wanted to do and the uber prices aren’t bad if you’re too cold to walk as well. Would definitely stay again!
