Out of the three hotels I’ve stayed in. This was the most convenient hotel! Right next to time square and koreatown. It was the best place to be if you were looking to shop and eat. Staff was also super nice! The room was not as modern as I’m use to but we had an excellent view!! 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking to stay near time square.

The location was great, we could walk to a lot of the places we want to go and there was a subway station right outsided The staff was very kind and understanding and made our stay wonderful. I would stay here again when we come to NY.

Also, I asked for another blanket because it was so cold and the staffed questioned me why I needed more and how many people were in my room. If I asked for a blanket I should be able to get one no questions asked. Also, if you plan to sleep early, do not stay in the 17th floor, you can hear the music from the rooftop bar all night.

The toilet was leaking water nonstop; the doorstop was broken off the wall and someone just pushed it in; the lamps cover by the bed was torn, the lamp on the desk didn’t work. The elevator button had broken and it was glued back in (upside down lol). Room was clean and bed sheets were very clean and very tidy. Everything looked old. There was a homeless man sleeping outside the door of the hotel; with bed comforter and everything. Location was great.

The hotel have space for store the luggage if you get there before check in time or if you gotta check out and wait for the flight. Staff had a good communication and were very helpful and professional. Comfortable room, it was perfect for a quick visit

Centrally located, close to attractions and transportation. Had a little trouble finding it because there is no signage out front; they need to fix that. Room was clean, beds were comfortable and there was a mini fridge. I would stay there again. Nothing fancy, but clean and convenient.

The first issue is they don't take AMEX for the incidental charges so i used my debit card. They next my debit card was compromised and being used at a cvs in Houston TX. Second issue the first room i was put in was a handicap room with scaffolding hanging from the ceiling in the bathroom. Was moved to another room that was the size of a shoebox. Third room was a normal size but had a mildew smell but at this point i just wanted a shower. Go in the bathroom wood missing from the counter finally take a shower at the water doesn't drain

Place was centrally located can’t beat the location Rooms were large for NY standards and basic but fine, bed was a bit soft for my liking and the tv cable wasn’t working properly but for the price great value

Great location, overall room was ok, Had an issue but manager fixes the problem ASAP, we stayed on the 17th floor, right under the rooftop bar, if your traveling with children and it’s the weekend, avoid 17th floor, music was a-bit loud, but overall was a good experience

The only problem I had with this hotel was that the door of the apartment was damaged, showing the metal part, which got stuck on my boots, damaging them. It didn't hurt my foot, but left a big hole on my brand new boots.I've emailed them, but haven't heard anything so far.
