The front desk girl was amazing!!! That alone would make us want to return. The beds were super confy and the view was great!

We stayed in a suite and thought the property was well-maintained. Our room was clean and comfortable. Housekeeping replenished our supplies every day and the front desk staff was great. The pool bar restaurant was very fun. We would stay here again.

Air conditioning didn’t work. They had one of those portable air conditioners units in the room. They had it running out the sliding doors which resulted in now being able to lock the sliding doors. Floors have seen better days. Bathtub definitely seen better days. Bright side; good location and bed was comfortable

At first I thought wow they upgraded the rooms. NOPE. Paint and new furniture. Bathroom was same and not good at all! Cracks on the shower surround and the room wasn’t the cleanest. Room next to us left due to bug issues but we didn’t see any.

The curtains were falling off of the rod and one was missing. The dust ruffle was hanging off the bed. The bathroom sink was clogged. The jacuzzi tub jets were full of mold. The mini fridge was broken.

Overall this is one of the worst hotels I've stayed at. The rooftop pool was green and stagnant. The hotel staff did not maintain safe chlorine levels, or even check on the condition. The elevator is horrifically slow. My dresser did not have handles, so we couldnt open the drawers. I saw a roach in the room. The last time I stayed there, they ran out of towels. That time I said "never again". I decided to give it one more shot, and that will definitely be the last time I ever stay there

The room was in need of updating, bathroom had rusted spots and some mold on the ceiling, Refrigerator also was rusted on bottom, bedding was ok , i don't think i will be booking this in thes in the future..

I have NEVER stayed at a "Hotel" where I had to make my bed, take out my trash, request fresh towels, etc. They only service their rooms on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Our bath was dated and the faucet at the sink was awful. No safety rails in the bath as well as a very low toilet. The sofa in our room showed wear and smelled musty. The only real positive was that the people at the desk were nice. For what the 4 nights cost (more than $1100.), would not go back or recommend.

The boardwalk & beach view is beautiful. Disappointed with the room, our glass sliding door took two people to open it for the front ocean view balcony, but we could not get it closed. The lamps in the room were very dusty and the sprinkler systems on the ceiling were rusty and Ceiling peeling off,,, the tub had a glued mat on it that wasn’t glued down properly and was very unhealthy & disgusting. Bathroom sink area screws coming out. I have photos. I’ve stayed here multiple times when my children were younger very disappointed this time.

They were very friendly, but the price was jacked up so high because of the festival it’s like everybody is out to get you. The hotels knew people would not even be in the rooms or using the gyms and the pools and still had to get a piece of the pie !!! Just so unfair. I paid 1400 dollars for something that should have been less than 500. I am not sure I will ever do that again but if I do it will be a last minute hotel as I learned from this experience, it doesn’t pay to get them early. The bed was the smallest queen I ever slept in and the mornings outside smelled really bad like garbage or sewage not sure which. Pillows were not good!
