Probably my favorite hotel between Jacksonville and Palm Coast including all of St Augustine. Quiet and good parking except weekends. Staff are probably the best I’ve seen at 100 hotels I’ve stayed at in Northeast Florida, only one other hotel comes close. Only problems in 2 weeks was I saw 1 coach roach and a leaking toilet 2 days before I left Florida. If you don’t mind driving to St Augustine or Daytona, you won’t find very many hotels matching this price on the beach even though it’s a little dated it’s still works for me. TV is tricky so it may take an hour to figure it out depending on your tech experience.

Ill start by saying the location was awesome. The hotel was also quiet and i had no issues or concerns with safety. The room was pretty run down. You could see they did some self repairs that were both poorly done and with the cheapest materials. The room was very dingy and had a strong smell of some type of cleaning agent. Unfortunately, the floor was sticky with visible dirty foot prints. Im sure the floor was mopped recently but im guessing with the same dirty water that every other room that day. Overall, if you just need a warm dry room to sleep while passing through this may be the place for you. Otherwise, I'd spend a few more dollars to get a nicer room.

The rooms are in the process of remodel. BUT first thing when I walked in was stale cigerette smoke. It is reasonably priced for what you get.

To be right on the water for that price is great. But it’s a very old, tired hotel. Half of the electrical outlets don’t work. No bulbs in the wall lights. Everything rusty (from the salt spray). No blankets on the bed. Mold under the sink in bathroom. Toilet paper sitting on the floor as the holder was broken. But the front desk guy was polite and efficient.

Rooms smelled. Dirty wash cloth left in our room. Black spots around the wall plugs- looked like mold. Long black hair in the fridge- not mine. No numbers on the door I had to count the rooms to figure out which one was mine. One room key didn’t work. Allows pets but only one trash can for waste.

I have one word for you run and less somebody buys this and dumps $1 million in at this place is a complete nightmare I’m talking broken light switch is broken blinds water that doesn’t even get hot scurvy beds the whole 9 yards I went on Expedia and had a bait and switch with a great rate pictures made it look great it was disgusting

It was nice to have ocean views. However, there literally were no light bulbs in the 2 lights. The condition of the room was very poor, cracks in walls, ceilings, bathroom was old and damaged, outside roof was damaged and dangling. No effort made to for comfort like pictures on the walls, some of the towels were stained.

Must've given me the worst room on the property. Remote for climate control had no battery, it was 40 degrees that night. Asked for a run with heater that worked, guy gave me some thin textile like a bed drape. Slept fully clothed. Bathroom was somewhat upgraded but found mold around the light switches. Crappy huge fridge that barely worked and leaked moisture into the surrounding carpet. Furniture was gross, exposed capped off wires. Not a pleasant stay. Also no sign for motel
