Excellent customer service by Harry. Room 16 has good heat and hot water, just make sure you turn the nob to the right (C), instead of tho the left (H). Somehow it works the other way around. For the price is the best, and it’s close walking to the gondola. I will be back . Thank you Harry for you kindness.

Easy checkin, nice rooms with a view of snow mountains. Prop owner has been very helpful and accommodative. Very close to many restaurants and walkable to the Lake and Heavenly.

It was an easy check in and personal were very friendly, the parkings were room specific. Very clean place and the room smelled clean as well (it was a non-smoking room). No A/C, but it wasn't needed because it was very cold outside, and the room stayed cool. Also, you can hear people outside, but that wasn't as big as an issue for me as it turned quiet very fast. For the price I loved the place and definitely staying again other time.

Look, it’s not the Plaza, but it is nice and clean for what you pay. Very kind guy checked me in late at night. It was quiet. Warm. It was a hotel.

Very convenient to many dining options within a few blocks and not far from all South Tahoe has to offer. Clean and well enough maintained. The unfortunate part is traffic noise and bright lights coming into the room making sleeping a bit rough.

Small flies in the bathroom...turns out the bathmat that was folded for use was completely soaked before we even used it. Space heater in use, was told not to unplug it. That was concerning.
