First thing we did was wash our hands. The bathroom sink was clogged. My husband and I called front desk , no response. Husband goes to front office. Only to be told “OK” Nothing was done. Caulking around the shower was pealing.

Hotel room was dirty and bed was horrible. You can feel all the springs from the bed and pillows were flat. Worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

Dirty; pictures are misleading. Pool was closed; green swamp. No breakfast available; although advertised as available. We booked 2 nights; canceled second night. Hotel did not seem occupied by travellers; occupied by unhoused locals. Do NOT recommend

The room was clean. The area is not the best. I had an ashtray of all things stolen when some homeless folks walked through the property. The manager wasn’t helpful regarding the tv in one room that wasn’t working, and finally moved me to another room where the bathroom light was out. I asked for a bulb to replace, but he never got off his butt to get me a new bulb.

The place is so run down. Shower head was barely strong enough to wash body but having long hair was troublesome so didn't even bother to wash hair again in the morning. Toilet bowl has color stain as its seems like water been sitting there for a awhile. Kids wanted to swim in the pool that why they book the place but it was in a horrible state, half filled and dirty green water. TV was broken, AC cover was broken, no Microwave, no Coffee pot, no Towels, and all bed sheets including blankets was stained even when we ask for another bed cover. We had to keep the AC on all night because the room smell like smoke. Luckily we brought our own towels because their towels smell and not even white. Please take them off Hotels.com as we are very unsatisfied this this stay. A full refund would be very appreciated since we all suffered a horrible time not being able to enjoy a clean restfull night after a long day at the lake. Wish I could've taken more photos to document the horrible conditions.

This place advertised that it was clean and the pool was functional. We checked in late from traveling and had no other options. The rooms were all dirty, bed covers were stained, bathrooms were dirty. They offered a room with no toilet seat, I could not sleep all night and would like my refund! I would never want anyone else to experience this filth.

I got a knock at 9am from housecleaning after getting in at 3:30 am. Check-out was at 11 am.
The door had no peep hole devise, so I had to assume it was really housekeeping.

The weather was pretty hot 108 for Merced, upon checking into our room we noticed the pool area rope off closed and green water and trash all in the pool! We tried to go get Ice and ice machine out of order and the vending machine are out of order!! We go to turn on our TV and No Signal TV out of order! No WiFi service either at this hotel . We went to complain to front desk and wouldn't answer the door. I went back to the room use the phone rang rang they wouldn't answer!!! We were so exhausted from our trip from Las Vegas Nevada to Merced California we said we would try and talk to them on Saturday the agent said his manager will get back to me. Never happened upon check out Sunday morning there office closed and no answer the phone either on this day . Horrible experience with this location. The only one thing I can say was they had good AC and good water pressure for cold showers! Never coming back to this property again Jorge Martinez

Worst experience, had to be switch out of rooms three times. Manager was very unpleasant, he was sleeping and seemed annoyedwhen we arrived for check in. We checked in at around 7pm. We selected this hotel because of the pool (I have pictures) Pool was out of service, green water.
First room- the bathroom lights were out
Second room- smoke smell, we had requested non-smoking.
Third room- our final option, dirty, air-conditioner smelled weird and curtains were all stained.
Manager, was very rude, was not answering our calls and lock himself in the office for hours. Other guest waited up to an hour to check in.

I went to check in and no one was at the reception desk to check me in. After getting there the pool was half empty and looked like a sewer the doors to all the rooms had peeled paint and all in all it looked run down. From the lack of personal it seriously looked like no one worked there anymore

Houskeeping didn't come in the room to clean, not once in 4 days. The waste baskets were not emptied. The shower was lukewarm to cold. The swimming pool was filthy and looked like it hadn't been used in years. The bed sheets looked as though they hadn't been changed. I should have checked out on the first day but the reservation was prepaid and I doubt I would have gotten a refund, so I toughed it out, I won't do that again!

We checked in and checked out within the hour,we had a very low wi-fi signal, the pool was empty and full of trash while it’s 110 degrees out, should have had it ready for summer! The room itself was clean but definitely not what you see in pictures, there’s just enough space in the room for you to walk in, not comfortable for two or more people, bathroom door wouldn’t close, and in a room that small you definitely need the bathroom door to close, definitely a two star type of hotel for one person
