Nice hotel, friendly staff, not too far from downtown Charlotte would definitely stay here upon my next visit

Very clean room and quiet hotel

Quiet, nice rooms.

We just stayed 1 night. The hotel is in a nice neighborhood that was great for walking around with our dogs. I would have posted 5 stars except that there was not a coffee pot in our room and only 3 pillows.

Close to restaurants, shops and the major highways.

There looked like a blood stain in my room disgusting

Very clean and very friendly and helpful staff.

The place was clean, but I saw a cockroach, and when I mentioned it, they told me housekeeping had already left for the day, which was strange and made me uneasy. Upon arrival, it took 40 minutes for a front desk staff member to greet us. Overall, I was dissatisfied with my stay. While the area is convenient and close to many shops, my experience fell short.

The lady at the front desk in the morning when we were checking out, was especially helpful and friendly and added to making our stay an excellent place to be.

I would definitely stay here over and over again

Convenient location in a walkable area.

This hotel echos. I suggest requesting a room on the top floor so that you don’t get woken up by late arrivals that are heavy walkers, bicker with each other and slide furniture across the floor. I hardly got any sleep and had a full day of driving before and after my stay. Staff did give me ear plugs and was going to speak with the guests but they were noisy until after 3 am!

Very nice

I am not getting the great reviews. The hotel, although newer, is just basic. I have stayed at other Hilton properties that are much better, though older. The attraction, I suppose, is the proximity to shopping and eating places. The person that checked me in looked like she hated her job, her life, and me for bothering her talking to another employee. I am sorry I ruined your day, I hope life looks up for you in the future. The other employee didn't even acknowledge me and walked away when I said hello. Customer service is dead. I stayed in Room 309. In the bathroom, it appears there are mold spores growing on the ceiling above the shower. Perhaps there is/was a leak in the upstairs bathroom. Also, there was tissue and an earring behind the toilet. I understand people get busy, but if they missed this what else did they miss cleaning. The room is just basic. It served it's purpose I guess for one night. I have stayed at many Hilton hotels and will likely do so again, but not Tru. All in all a very mediocre stay at a very mediocre property.

Beautiful hotel. Room was clean bathroom not so much. Good bed and friendly staff.

Clean and convenient

The staff were friendly and courteous despite our checkin time at 11pm on Christmas Eve. The breakfast was a decent spread so overall a pleasant experience

The property was very clean and nicely decorated. The breakfast bar area was very clean. They had a very nice breakfast spread. The location was convenient to shopping malls, and walkable to restaurants. I would recommend this Hotel .
