Hotel is being renovated so there is some construction. Still it is an excellent place to stay. No waffles for 3 days. A little disappointing. But I will always stay here when I’m Tulsa.

The hotel is under major renovation and why it was a cheaper price. But our room was very clean, it was quiet and the Sunday morning breakfast was EXCELLENT. The pool is not open right now and basically only have a gym but you can't expect much with the reno. Reno not supposed to be done until Nov/Dec 2024 but we will stay again if in Tulsa before then. We highly recommend.

The staff was very pleasant. But to be honest the bed was very uncomfortable. There wasn’t any notification that the property was under construction. So when pulling up I couldn’t even tell if the hotel was open or not. Was unsure if I was at the right place due to no signage that was visible anywhere. And in the morning when checking out and was going to eat a quick breakfast and be on my way but it was 15 after and the lights were still off and food not ready. Could’ve waited to be honest I wanted to eat and get on my way and was very inconvenient.

I did not know it was under construction. Very loud and dirty. There was roaches int he bathroom. If it wasn't so late I would of left but due to the late check in, we stayed but kept the lights on

Nice spacious room, pleasant and helpful staff.
The main complaints are the shower, very little pressure and could not keep it contained in the shower area, the floor got wet no matter how much we tried. Also there was an odor in the room, not horrible but the scent of the cleaning supplies or whatever the source was odd and not very pleasant.

First room we went into had a strong odor that hit us when we opened the door, they were able to transfer us to another room that smelled a bit musty but not bad enough to complain.
They are doing renovation and the grounds and the lobby looked like a construction site.
The bed was comfortable, the location was great and the room was spacious.

Our visit was possibly just bad timing but it would have been nice to know when we booked that the hotel is under construction. So there is dust and construction debris pretty much all around the outside and footprints all over inside. The one elevator smelled of BO and the staff just seemed like they didn’t want to be there at all. People came for the free breakfast but whoever should have been maintaining it was never anywhere to be found. Everything was always empty and you had to ask for what you wanted. So overall our visit was not ideal and we left early

Construction was going on = noisy.
Pool closed.
Variety of breakfast was good - but, items that should be hot, were only luke warm.
Room was nice though. I’m sure it will be better when the construction is complete.

The property was under construction. Which I get. Our room was musty and humid. Our shower would not turn on. There was no hot water in the sink. My husband's hair is really oily. She he had to was his head in cold water. I think we should get a full refund.

First room they gave us the bedding and carpet were damp from humidity. Hotel was going through major remodel. Moved us to room 222 and the rom was still very humid. Only ice machine was on floor 3 and the carpet in the hallway near ice machine was so wet that it went though my tennis shoes and got my socks wet

The room was clean and had everything we expected. Breakfast was good. The beds were comfortable, but were supported by a metal base that was noisy. The hotel met all our needs, but being under a total renovation makes it hard to give more stars at this time.
