clean room, close to the sea, spacious and comfortable parking, delicious and cheap breakfast, friendly host. However, there is no elevator, if the family has elderly people, it is a bit inconvenient.

First, we apologize to you for your bad experience during your stay. We would like to explain to you about the booking problem as follows: You choose to book the Deluxe Twin Room room type and choose the payment rate for one guest. This is a room type consisting of two single beds of 1.2m and usually for two guests, but Alo House still has two prices for one person (VND 150,000 cheaper than two people) and a price for two people. We received your booking for one person, but when you arrived you were leaving for two. We are still very happy to arrange the same type of Deluxe Twin Room as above and do not charge extra person (you can review the booking). Maybe you misunderstood the room type Deluxe Twin Room, so you asked us to provide a large double bed, at that time our hotel was also full of Double room, cannot be changed, we are sorry about that and hope be sympathetic. Regarding air conditioning, the weather in Da Nang recently has been somewhat hot, a bit harsh, when the air conditioner is turned on, it also takes about 30 minutes to reach the cooling capacity of the whole room. You have just entered the room to turn on the air conditioner for only about 15 minutes, then ask to change the room because it is not cool enough and we are still very happy to change a new room for you. Our service people always put the customer first, you have a happy experience, we are happy together. If you have a bad experience, we will also review our service and make it better. Hope you also understand and forgive those errors. Thank you for staying at Alo House as well as for your reviews and suggestions for us.

The hotel is clean, located near the beach 5ph walk, go to the sights, dining is also very convenient, friendly staff, close. However, next to the hotel is built sometimes a bit noisy. The mattress is also a hard mattress, the pillow is quite high so I can't sleep well.
