I was totally unsatisfied to see a hotel with poor housekeeping. I received a room with dirty wall, bed sheet with holes and when I requested to have my blanket changed, the reply was “we don’t have other blanket cover available to change for you now”. So from A to Z, I have enough proof to say that your service is at low rate compared to those at same price.

I used suite room, quite big and clean. Have motorbikes for rent. The staffs are friendly. Nearby My Khe beach. It's really nice.

The hotel was not like the picture, everything was old, the toilet smelled, was clogged, the air conditioner was noisy, the blankets and mattresses were itchy, in short, it was uninhabitable. I had to rent another hotel.

Thank you for your review of the hotel. The room type you booked is a standard room, with only a hallway window. You requested to change to a room with a window. We have upgraded it for you for free, so this room type will not be the same as the photo of the room you booked. If you are not satisfied with your stay, you can notify us to fix it, but you did not do that. About: air conditioner: there is a silent mode on the remote control to stop the noise. The toilet was clogged because your family put things in and did not flush, but you can notify us to fix it very quickly. We will replace the blankets and sheets completely when the guest checks out. If you are not satisfied, you can notify us to change them. Hope to serve you better next time.
