Thông thường khách nhận phòng là 12g, nhưng khách sạn quy định là 14g. Thế là tôi nhận phòng lúc 12g30 bắt tính tiền sớm 2 giờ là 60K (30K/ giờ). Thà là phòng trống nhưng khách đến thì cứ cạnh mặt mà thu. Cách làm ăn kiểu này thì đừng nghĩ đến việc khách đến lần thứ 2, dù là quy định cứng trong ghi chú nhưng có bao nhiêu người để ý cái quy định này?

I like this hotel because the manager is very friendly, always ready to enthusiastically assist when I need it. I was on the 2nd floor, the hotel didn't have an elevator, so the manager brought my suitcase up to my room for me. In return, the room was dusty and smaller than I thought. But it's okay, I had a comfortable day of rest in An Ngoc. Thank you ^^
