I stayed 1 night in bluebell hotel. It is located in the center of the city. It is very easy to visit different place around there. The receptionists are very nice and friendly. But the room is very noisy because of the water pump. The furniture in the room is very old and uncleaned. The matress and blanket are not clean. There were still some hairs on my blankets

Don’t expect too much in this hotel as it is cheap. The bed is not soft and there’s no aircon. Good thing, I stayed on first week of feb so it’s not hot at night. There’s no lift so it is inconvenient if you have big luggage but the staff is very helpful to carry your luggage. There’s no water as complimentary, but the staff just gave me water, and he helped me to connect to wifi. He is also helpful to communicate with the grabcar and showed me the way to the pickup point. Overall, I can give 5 stars for the service of staffs. For the room, I can say that you can get what you pay for. If you want more convenient place, you can book a more expensive hotel.

Boss is nice. She suggested us some places for meal. Have bike for rent in front of the hotel. Nearby center. All things are okie, except from there is no mirror in room
