I booked a hotel for my grandparents 6 people 3 rooms In the evening they came back to the room and found it deserted because it was surrounded by a mountain lake, so why did I book such a deserted hotel in the morning, when I woke up, I felt so beautiful and chill. so I'm so sorry, grandparents walk around and then come back for breakfast, so it's late. Overall, it's great, so stay home everyone

Một nơi tuyệt vời để nghỉ dưỡng, mình ở phòng view nhìn ra hồ Tuyền Lâm rất đẹp buổi sáng ngắm bình mình, sương mù không cần đi đâu xa, không khí trong lành, nhân viên thân thiện, giá phòng hợp lý không quá cao. Có sân rộng để xe hơi, cách trung tâm thành phố khoảng 10km, từ đây đến các điểm du lịch như thác datanla, thiền viện trúc lâm rất gần. Ở đây cũng có dịch vụ cho thuê xe máy. Nếu có dịp sẽ quay lại đây vào mùa mai anh đào nở.

The resort is located in Tuyen Lam Lake area, close to nature, beautiful during the day, fresh air but a bit scary at night, the road from Mac Pren to the resort does not have many lights so limit going out at night, enthusiastic staff, delicious breakfast buffet but a bit few dishes, overall it is too good for the price, will continue to support if I have the opportunity to come back

After booking the room, I read the reviews of previous travelers and was very scared, but I had already paid so I tried to experience it. But when we arrived, everything changed. In general it's ok. Enthusiastic staff, clean rooms are good. Breakfast is good and quite diverse. Well, because I like drinking coffee, maybe my taste is strong, so for me, coffee doesn't taste very delicious. The scenery is out of the question. Relaxation is fine and taking pictures is also very suitable. In general, if the soundproofing was better it would be great. Quality is suitable for the money spent.

Waiting to check in, sat all morning without seeing any drinks served, the hotel upgraded the room to a higher class but it smelled bad, the room was soundproofed poorly, the facilities were 3*, breakfast had few dishes probably because there were few guests.

The resort is very nice but a bit old and the service is bad, the reception is not polite at all. The security guard was only because guests did not know that they were not allowed to park motorbikes in front of the reception room, but stood on the steps angrily, shouting loudly to chase guests "out, do not park here". Breakfast is terrible, horrible. Our group of 4 people couldn't swallow and had to go back to the room to cook instant noodles. I've stayed at many resorts in Vietnam and abroad and have never had a 4-star resort with such bad service. Never come back.
