Hi, have a good day. This is maybe the unlucky problem. We went to the resort in the heavy rain day and the bridge (only way to get there) fall down. The steam so strong, we could across over so we must be cancel the room. They told us they will send the money back to me, but I called 3 times and they just said the sales guys will work with me. Still now I do not receive any call or message from them. Can you work with them about that problem to get suitable solution? Thank you so much.
