Personally, I think the hotel seems a bit old compared to its location. There are still stains on the pillows and towels but overall a pretty stable experience. Location is located in front of Tran Phu street, it is quite convenient to move to the beach as well as the square. I went with 2 people and stayed 2 nights. 4 star hotel but the slippers in the room look very strange, can the hotel replace them with cloth slippers instead? I have stayed here many times and experienced many rooms, some rooms have weak toilet water like it is clogged, the bathroom door is stuck and cannot be pushed, the room is soundproofed poorly, the glass is dirty

The hotel is in a beautiful location, I stayed in a panoramic room with full sea view on the highest floor, in general the view is okay. The problem appeared when the view was full glass, the room was extremely hot but the air conditioner was like a modern life, turned on at 16 degrees but it couldn't cool down, the room was super hot even though the air conditioner was full, I borrowed an extra card to turn on the air conditioner 24/24 but it didn't work. You can easily imagine, I had to wake up at 6am without an alarm because it was too hot, that was 6am, but at noon, I begged the receptionists for it to be cold. This hotel doesn't have a welcome drink, the check-in procedure is quick, well, let's ignore the details, having a quick room is fine but it's too unstable. The breakfast buffet was super bad, 80-90% of it was starchy, I remember there was chicken curry with ribs and chicken balls which were salty =)))) the food was bad, the fruit wasn't fresh, the dessert of jelly and yogurt was so bad, I ate it for exactly one day, the next day I went out to eat wonderful stone pot noodle soup for health, I had to wake up early to go out to avoid the heat, and to eat well. There were a few small details I didn't like but that's okay, it was a misunderstanding and not the fault of the receptionists. If I were to rate, this hotel would probably get 3*, of which 2* is for the beautiful location, the rest is crap. I advise you not to stay there for the sake of good food and sweet soup. I promise I won't come back a second time.

Beautiful view, spacious room, very nice, all the staff here I met were very friendly and polite. Breakfast was ok. Overall 9/10. Swimming pool is not very nice and a bit small, no chairs or private umbrellas at the beach.

I was very satisfied when staying at Asteria Comodo, everything from the staff, rooms, services, location very close to the beach, I felt very comfortable staying here, especially the breakfast was very delicious and varied! Next time I go to Nha Trang, I will still choose Asteria Comodo

The hotel is right in the center, a few steps to the beach with a beautiful view, but if the TV has a youtube or netfflix connection, it's 100 VND 🤩 Friendly and attentive staff, even though it's the first time I book, there are also surprise gifts, thanks team asteria comodo 😍

The lobby is too crowded, not enough seats, the receptionist is overloaded, check in and check out are very slow. Waiting for the elevator for a long time, the hotel is mainly guests traveling in groups, families with many children (even though I checked in on a Tuesday), so it will be quite tiring for those who like quiet, not suitable for couples. The towels have quite a "smell", the toilet is not clean because the flushing wiper is not strong, and there are no paper towels in the room. The plus point is that I'm on a high floor, nice view, near the sea, near the center, relatively reasonable price for 1 night + breakfast.

mình hơi thất vọng vì khách sạn 5* mà dịch vụ rất kém. mình ở khách sạn 4 ngày 3 đêm mà trg tjan mình ở tất cả các dịch vụ như spa , gym, bể bơi đều không sử dụng được. tiếp đến khi mình nhận phòng thì trg nhà tắm phòng của mình có 1 cái băng vệ sinh với vỏ của gói dầu gội đầu mà của khachs cũ người ta sử dụng để lại. thứ 3 là thang máy hơi bé và phải chờ khá lâu ms có thang. nchung mình thấy không xứng đáng với 5*

mình đi từ m7-10/6 mà tất cả các dịch vụ của khách sạn như bể bơi, spa, gym đều không sử dụng đc. lúc nhận phòng thì trong nhà vệ sinh còn nguyên 1 băng vệ sinh với gói dầu gội cũ của khách trước mà chưa được dọn.

Spacious room, old equipment, degraded. Small swimming pool. In return, the staff attitude is very professional, quick, proactive in supporting customers when needed. Breakfast (buffet) is not well-prepared. Needs to be improved.

The hotel is quite new, the staff is nice, the room is also nice. I live on a high floor so the minus point is that the water in the bathroom comes up very slowly, it takes forever to flush. It takes 3-4 flushes to get the water. 😟. The hotel is right at the roundabout so if you walk across the street, you should pay attention to traffic.
