Very clean, the view is amazing. And the staff is excellence, they assist me very well and I get my room upgrade… and the breakfast really good, there's a lot, from traditional to international. Thank you for the woman in front of desk and the fast response guy that helped me a lot. Its amazing

Overall, we got a nice room with a stunning view. But the reception is the worst one I've ever met. I went with my boyfriend who is a foreigner (I'm a Vietnamese girl). And when I checked in, the receptionist (a girl) asked me whether I wanted to book another room for a tour guide??? OMG, she assumed that I'm a tour guide and asked me directly in a disrespectful way. I didn't complain because I think it's the mindset of some people here. And then when we checked out, another girl told me to wait for them to check the room first. We sat right on the couch next to the reception and kept waiting for 20 mins. Then I came to her to ask. That girl said "Oh sorry Miss 'cos I can't find you. Everything is done now" I really got mad and told her "I sat right next to you for 20 mins." And she said sorry "Oh actually I forgot. I'm terribly sorry" I think the hotel should get them trained to have more proper manner in hospitality. Please don't look down on people or judge them by their appearance and stop making excuses.

You got truly what you paid for. Great room with a beautiful view. Nice location. Good breakfast. Little bit noisy cause too many Chinese tourist but that's not hotel's fault.

Old hotel, the mattress is not comfortable, the parking area is very boring, guests do not park but let taxis park, making it difficult to drive in.
