Work carelessly and unprofessionally. I arrived to check in after 2 pm and the room was in this condition. There was a whole system but it was so irresponsible. I canceled and did not stay. I requested a refund. Waiting for a response from the app.

The bed sheets and pillows have stains, the floor too, overall looks dirty. Suggest cleaning the room thoroughly for a better experience for the next person. Thanks

Looking at the app, everything seemed OK. Oh my god, when I got there, I saw the building in a deep alley, plus the glass gate, I couldn't see inside, and where was the view? I couldn't find the contact number, only the hotline number, and after calling, I had to scan the QR code to make friends on Zalo and follow each step. I have a small child, just got off the plane and had to go the extra mile to get there, I wanted to cry. I was so tired of seeing her go through each step to get in through self-check-in, so tired, so frustrated, I just skipped any step. The first time I booked a room on the Traveloka app, I was so disappointed. I hope the app doesn't accept to sell room services like that anymore.

Very dirty, small toilet, smelly sewer. Pillow and bed sheets still have hair and dust, seems like they haven't been changed. I complained but the staff said they changed the clothes but they were stained. I gave up. Very bad, won't come back. I've stayed at Sonata before and it was ok. I thought staying here at Cozrum would be ok but it couldn't be worse.

- If according to the criteria for resting, Hotels will be more suitable than Homestays, because there are no spices and very few cooking utensils. I booked a room for 700k and checked in at 2:00 p.m., the bed sheets were dirty and I asked the staff for help, but by night no one had changed the sheets to rest, my girlfriend was very emotional about this. I texted back a second time and was given a new room at 8:00 p.m., so it was ok. Because I used the service at the District 7 branch before and was quite satisfied, I was forgiven :3

With the price of 500/1 night, I find it a bit high, there is no hair dryer or cleaning broom, self-sufficient accommodation is a bit inconvenient, the kitchen is ok, the bed is dirty, the glass door and the room are not cleaned yet. It's clean, I just arrived and have to clean the room and take out the trash to be able to live in it. The balcony door is there but it's hot and is hardly used.

Phòng hơi nhỏ, nhiều kiến và đèn bị hư chớp tắt chớp tắt, khi tới đã nhắn tin cho khách sạn, khách sạn bảo sẽ cử nhân viên sang sửa nhưng tới khi check out cũng chưa thấy sửa hay phản hồi gì

Advantages: Open space, self-sufficient check-in and checkout, no receptionist. Comfortable, fully equipped such as hair dryer, iron, stove, microwave,... with enthusiastic hotline switchboard. There is YouTube and stable quality wifi. Cons: The toilet is a bit small, the drain has problems, not very clean.

Advantages: - reasonable price - optimized model - has kitchen tools and equipment Cons: - bad soundproofing, listening to footsteps, talking, door unlocking, taking car, cleaning ... so I didn't sleep well for both nights - the bed sheets were not very clean - the next day in the bathroom, there was a pipe draining from another room (probably) the water was flowing continuously and foaming, feeling a bit disgusting 🙃 - because there is no reception, it was quite difficult to get to the room to check in, there was no one to assist at that time, although it is fair to say that it is not difficult to open the door or get the key. So this place is not suitable for me, because of the short stay, I want to relax + enjoy + support more. Do not visit again.

Khách sạn nằm vị trí thuận tiện, an ninh, phòng đẹp . Tuy nhiên do home mới nên vấn đề vệ sinh chưa sạch sẽ còn bám bụi nhiều, và mong home đầu tư trang bị thêm cách âm ở những phòng đầu vì bị ảnh hưởng khá ồn ào do những nhà dân sinh hoạt kế bên.
