I just had a bad experience about Mikazuki's room policy and service and I thought I should write it so that customers don't meet me: - Room: same room name is Hinode as last year but this year does not include amusement park. included without notice or change in the room name, nor any information about the change that does not include the Playground in it, while other services still state, for example, breakfast/no breakfast. Insufficient information to affect the interests of customers. Such a large investment hotel is not so bad at attracting guests. - Customer service: Poor. I just arrived at the hotel to know the policy change, so I had to upgrade the room for my children to play, but the hotel said no, if I don't buy a room at the hotel, I can't upgrade, I have to buy a ticket to play as a guest for the day 350k /person, play during the day, if you want to play tomorrow, buy another turn. Stay with play is private, guests want to buy, the hotel does not support. That's it, so I have to lose money to go back and forth, but stay in a big hotel, travel for fun but feel cheated, then quit, guys, consider it stupid money. There is also a landscape with an amusement park, good service, every crime is good, so at the end of the week, the room is not empty like Mikazuki. A bad or bad experience about this place, please share so that everyone has experience when choosing, avoiding losing money and affecting the family trip.
