The receptionist and hotel staff were very enthusiastic in helping me check in early and check out the same day to rest after the flight and be on time for my next trip. The room was clean and comfortable. I will come back again.

1. The impact of the encounter is very large. And I can't sleep well at night. 4am I call hotel reception. He told me because of Karaoke. 2. Breakfast isn't good too. Only a few food can choose. 3. Hotel stuff went into my room at 9:30 pm to check, but not tell the reason, so terrible.

- little food, not good. - Holiday service: 14:00 check in but not receive enough (1 room 3 hours to receive) the reason for not cleaning room timely - Family room has only 1 towel, please add but the room staff said that the towel has not yet dried, so no, down to the front desk, they will be added 2 blue ones.

Although there are not many facilities around, so having a good rest in the fong and going swimming, gym is all, the pool if crowded will be too small, and sell tickets for non-guests to swim but About room service, I am very pleased, clean, hope to soon complete the service quality around the hotel so that I can choose to be a place to hang out and relax for next time :)

New hotel so new furniture and 4-star standard, the only plus is enthusiastic, agile staff. Low-quality food, normal quality compared to other 4-star hotels. Swimming pool is small and also for outside guests to use so very crowded and messy. Outdoor play area for children and only 3-4 items. There is no additional service around the campus. At the time of arrival, the blanket was wet and had to wait for the room to be replaced

Pros: new hotel, nice design, quiet, most rooms have large balcony, city view. Buffet is fine. Staff is friendly, good service attitude, enthusiastic Nhược: poor wifi, I stayed at the hotel for 3 days but all 3 days were not connected to wifi. The bathroom does not have a bathtub. Swimming pool is not like on the photo, there is no bench to lie, everyone's belongings are put together in one place, very difficult to manage. There are no restaurants and entertainment spots around.
