10 điểm không có nhưng Checkin được chọn đồ ăn sáng, có tho thuê xe máy khách sạn sạch sẽ, phòng không quá rộng nhưng thoáng, đèn hơi không đủ sáng để makeup nhưng ấm cúng Tuyệt nhất là kit ở nhà vệ sinh cực đủ: dao cạo, kim chỉ, bao tóc, bàn chải Nhân viên cực kì dễ thương, hỗ trợ hết mình thân tình dễ mến :))

Mình thật sự hài lòng khi đến Gardenia. Phòng mình đặt cho 3 người khá rộng, cộng thêm được ở tầng 6 view ban công nên thoáng và chill. Cách thiết kế phòng có phần đơn giản nhưng hiện đại và đẹp mắt. Nhà vệ sinh thì không những sạch sẽ mà không hề bị bí mùi. Ảnh chụp khách sạn hoàn toàn giống với thực tế. Giá cả tuy hơi cao so với vài khách sạn xung quanh nhưng chắc chắn mình sẽ quay lại.

The receptionists are all friendly and enthusiastic. The walking street location is convenient for going back and forth to the city or going down to the stone bridge to eat mussel noodles... Hue is memorable 😄😄

The staff is very friendly and professional. also very helpful during the stay. I highly recommend this hotel because the receptionist can speak English well. The hotel has easy access to the city center and also in terms of online taxi booking. we rented a car to Lavang and Danang, they provide very competitive prices. so you don't need to book far in advance. compare prices here with at the hotel. the room is clean and spacious, and quite comfortable. we ordered breakfast and it was quite satisfying.

Khsan in the western neighborhood is not noisy at all. Rooms are clean, new, have elevator. Enthusiastic staff. Supported me with advice on places to eat, buy things and rent rooms with very flexible hours.

The staff is very enthusiastic and friendly. The accommodation is near the center, very convenient for walking and playing. The room is compact but fully equipped. The water is strong and hot very quickly. I am extremely satisfied when staying here. I took my parents there, they also really liked it.

A 3 star hotel with 5 star service! During our 3 day stay at Gardenia, we were pleasantly surprised by the kindness and warm welcome of all the staff. The hotel is impeccably clean, and the staff are always ready to offer advice or assistance. The breakfast was lovely, and the hotel's excellent location made it easy to explore this lovely city by motorbike, car, or even on foot. We absolutely loved our experience at Gardenia and will certainly return for our next stay in Hue 😍💕

Friendly staff, enthusiastic support. The hotel is near the center, clean! Reasonable price, including breakfast. However, due to the location near the walking street, the center, the surrounding food prices will be quite high. The hotel also has a car rental service, so it is very convenient.
