Khách sạn rất gần ga Hải phòng, đường trung tâm Trần Phú. Phòng rộng, sạch sẽ, tiện nghi, có đầy đủ thiết bị bếp và đồ sứ, rất tiện khi đi cùng gia đình. Xung quanh có nhiều hàng quán ngon, để thưởng thức các món ăn Hải phòng. Nhân viên thân thiện!

2 trẻ em bao gồm 1 trẻ em dưới 2 tuổi và 1 trẻ em dưới 6 tuổi bị thu thêm phí ăn sáng 100k/bé/ngày Lần đầu gặp bị thu phí như vậy. Thùng xoài làm quà gửi để ở lễ tân mất 3-4 quả, chả đáng bao nhiêu nên không báo lại.

Tôi rất hài lòng khi ở tại đây. Tôi sẽ còn quay lại khi có thể. Những điểm hài lòng: 1. Nhân viên ( từ sale, lễ tân, phục vụ…) đều rất nhiệt tình, thân thiện. Có hôm nhà ra ngoài mà phơi đồ ở ban công các bạn ấy thấy trời mưa vội lên phòng thu đồ hộ. Mưa thì sale sẵn sàng mang dù ra che cho khách lên taxi. Sau khi trả phòng lễ tân vui vẻ lên mở phòng cho khách tìm đồ bỏ quên. Và các bạn ấy làm với thái độ nhiệt tình chứ không có chút khó chịu nào. 2. Phòng có đủ vật dụng để dùng như ở nhà (nồi cơm điện, chảo, 3 nồi nấu, chén, tô, dĩa….. 3. Phòng mới và sạch sẽ. 4. View đẹp 5. Đồ ăn sáng hợp khẩu vị 6. Giá sale trên Traveloka rất tiết kiệm 7. Nước nóng có ở tất cả vòi 8. Bố trí vật dụng hợp lý 9. Tủ lạnh có đường điện riêng nên không phải lo khi ra khỏi phòng sẽ bị tắt điện 10. Wifi riêng từng phòng nên mạnh và ổn định 11. Ngay trung tâm, sát bên ga HP 12. Gần chợ Những điểm đề xuất cải thiện 1. Cách âm kém ( 2 đêm cuối tôi mất ngủ vì người ở phòng kế bên ngáy quá to) 2. Gắn thêm vòi xịt phụ cho bồn cầu 3. Gắn thêm mắt mèo ở cửa để người bên trong nhà biết ai gõ cửa 4. Nên liên kết với một số hãng taxi hoặc cho thuê xe để giúp khách gọi xe được nhanh chóng khi cần ( vì HP khá ít xe taxi, đặc biệt là xe 7 chỗ)
