The hotel is as good, clean and complete as the 5* hotel I've stayed at. Especially the double room is suitable for family travel. Just the view is not nice. People go to many places in Da Lat without needing a view. Choosing this hotel is quite reasonable. Attentive employee . Free laundry and drying for double rooms. Borrow a motorbike for 1 hour without charge. Have an umbrella when it rains. In general, there are only small hotels, but the rest deserve 5* for cleanliness and thoughtfulness. Should stay

Normal hotel, normal service, not diverse breakfast, living in the same apartment building so it's very crowded, not good customer care. Complicated procedures. In return, it's located in the city center so it's easy to move around.

Dear Sir, we cannot accept late check-out 3 hours because there are no rooms, not to make things difficult. Secondly, the check-in and check-out times are clearly stated on the booking information. If you check in late, it does not mean you can check out late. Almost all accommodations in Vietnam apply this policy. I booked a room but when I checked in, I received a notice from the Reception that the Apartment had rejected the booking and sent a response email to Traveloka. But I did not receive any response and still have not received a refund of the payment.

Because can not do any cooking, Air conditioning no cold, refrigerator no cold, low water pressure of showering can't see sea view on bed I am not satisfied at all it is not matching said on the web.

The staff had a very bad attitude: - At 5:00 a.m. I came to announce that I had booked a room here, but before I could ask where to put my things, the staff preemptively said, "If you book a room today, please come back this afternoon." The first question you should have asked is who is the guest, but that's not the case. - Regarding renting a motorbike, I asked the hotel to book it for me. Before calling to ask one day, you said I could pick it up at 6:00, then you said I could pick it up at 5:00. When we arrived, the receptionist said we would have to wait until 7am to pick up the car. Called the hotline again and asked, "Are you sure you should use this number to call me?", then hung up in front of the customer. We ended up having to outsource ourselves. - The parking lot is foul, you have to pay for parking even though you have used the accommodation service. The elevator from the parking lot does not go straight to the room, you have to go to the 1st floor then change elevators. This is a bit inconvenient but still not as good as the attitude of the staff.

Everything is quite fine except the elevator. Because I'm on the 10th floor (middle floor), the elevator is always overloaded and doesn't stop at my floor but goes straight down to T1. I was stuck on the entire floor for 40 minutes before I could get down. I tried pressing up and down, but the elevator still wouldn't open. In general, I'm very bored with the elevator.

Dear Guest, Holi is very sorry for your experience, but Holi also wants to make it clear for you as well as other guests who are planning to stay at Holi to understand and avoid this unfortunate situation from happening. It is important that when you check in, if there is a problem with the equipment in the room, you should notify us immediately to record the error and handle it, but you should leave it until check-out. When checking the room, the staff will report the room mirror. If a large piece of the bathroom is broken, at this point we are forced to pay a fee based on the regulations. If the customer says the cause is not the customer's fault, there is nothing to prove. If it happens in a storage unit, there is no way to prove it. The same applies to other accommodations, it's not unreasonable to do that on Holi, so I hope you understand and pay attention to this issue when staying anywhere to avoid unpleasant incidents like the above, thank you. and appreciate. The plus point is that the hotel is right in the center, quite convenient, and has a beautiful view. The rest is deducted :))) The parking space is always full, you have to go to another area to park. The elevator waited for a long time, and it wasn't even smooth. I went down twice and thought it was in a vestibule :))) I booked a room but the hotel gave me another room at a cheaper price. I subjectively didn't check it again, so I didn't check it later. I just shared it with the staff so they could take note but absolutely didn't ask for any information or apologize =))))) When I finished checking out, I was told to wait 10 minutes so I could check the room. I waited for more than 15 minutes and came back to ask again, then asked her to wait 15 minutes so we could check =))) So did you check yet? =))) After I said it again, I agreed to do the procedure for me. The staff is so heartless =))) Uhu, I'll leave it alone later.

Thang máy thì chậm hồ bơi có thu phí nhá về tự nhiên còn bị trừ tiền giặt khăn trong khi chả biết kiểu gì bảo không giặt được nói chung không đáng bao nhiêu tiền nhưng du lịch mà thấy không thoải mái ! 정말 안 좋아 느린 엘리베이터, 수영장, 조식 요금은 별도로 부과됩니다 😌

Trong phòng có kiến ba khoan và nhiều con côn trùng nhỏ. Không up video được. Hệ thống báo cháy của toà phát lên và tất cả mọi người hoảng loạn nhưng không được phát loa thông báo. Không có điện thoại để liên lạc lễ tân mà phải vào zalo. Lễ tân nói là lỗi hệ thống tụi em không biết trước được thì sao mà thông báo trước cho khách hàng biết? :))) câu trả lời 10 điểm trên thang điểm 100 luôn á. Dịch vụ tệ kinh khủng. Ga giường thì dính vệt màu đen. Trải nghiệm tệ hơn ở khách sạn 3 sao nữa. 1 ⭐️
