Dirty room (cabinets, desks, wardrobe, bathroom door, sink, shower, walls, everything is dirty and old.) . The telephone is dusty as if no one has ever touched it for a long time. The room rate is too high for what I had to pay. Unwelcoming staff. When I checked in, they looked at me like I was an alien. No smiles or anything. No one took me to my floor. With my 3 bags I had to carry them all myself.The hotel is closed after 11pm. Breakfast: only two options - bread w eggs or beef noodles. In the room, no spring water, no kettle to boil water. In the bathroom, no hairdryer, no hair cap, no soap to wash my hands, no glasses either. Towels are really old and there are only two towels for 2 people. Overall, the hotel is not worth the price I had to pay for. But it’s near where my course is taking place and close to the airport. The room is pretty bright and spacious and has the balcony where you can hang wet clothes. Close to many restaurants. I guess those are the only good points.

No water provided. The room is quite dated. Was given a corner room though hotel was empty. The check-in receptionist took 10 minutes to find the booking and locate the room though the info was sent to them earlier.

The refrigerator is leaking water for no apparent reason, the faucet, at mealtime the water is cut off and there is no water to use.

The road is one-way so traveling is a bit inconvenient, but compared to this price, it's close to the airport, Binh Thanh center, District 1, only takes about 10-15 minutes. Wifi is weak and I hope the hotel can fix it

Room 115's door lock is broken and very difficult to open. Last month it was broken in the same condition. Now it's back and still broken. The hotel should replace the lock. It takes a long time to open the door and is very annoying.
