We are sorry that your hotel experience has occurred a bit of a misunderstanding. Normally, when there is a cash payment transaction at the counter, especially in an environment where many international currencies are frequently traded, the receptionist will have to count each sheet of money and spread it on the counter to avoid confusion. and help customers see the face value of cash. The room is actually very comfortable, I really like the bathroom facilities and amenities provided. Also, I really like the breakfast provided, seems like 4 or 5 stars hotel experience. However, the lobby area need to be re-designed to present more modern room design.
