There is nothing to complain about. My mother and I had a little problem on the way so we had to check in earlier than the scheduled time, the hotel supported enthusiastically and did not charge extra. The room is as shown in the picture, clean and has enough basic amenities for a place to stay when going out. Located right in the Western quarter, the atmosphere is very fun, moving around is very convenient. At night, I heard music outside but in general, going out requires a fun atmosphere so it's okay. The address is easy to find, located behind a foot massage shop, everyone will see when they go inside. Reasonable price, next time if I have the opportunity to go to Hue, I will still choose this hotel 🥰

The hotel is located in the Western street, nice location but a bit difficult to find because there is no sign but behind a foot massage shop. The staff is extremely friendly, cute and enthusiastic. The room is small but okay. Clean and fully equipped. However, if anyone has trouble sleeping, you should consider carefully, because the hotel is located in the middle of the Western street near a new drinking place, so it will be quite noisy. The sound is not loud, it is noisy but if you have trouble sleeping, you should not book it. I sleep easily so there is no problem. In general, the room is okay for the price, I might come back.

I went to the hotel and called the reception but no one answered. No one helped me with the check in and check in. Even though I had informed the hotel in advance that my flight was late, I had to pay extra money to rent another hotel to stay overnight. What a terrible experience.

I had a 1-night stay here. Although I initially read some recent reviews and saw that everyone complained about the old room, because it was right in the center, I booked it. But after checking in, I was very surprised. The hotel accepts customer feedback. The room I saw had been newly painted and was very clean and airy. The service, the staff here are very enthusiastic and cheerful. It was a very fun and interesting experience for me when I came to Hue 😘

The rooms are very bad and old. I stayed for 2 people but only 1 towel was given. There are no towels, the bathroom is small and narrow. Compared to the average price, it's not worth it. Ah, the smell of the room is very terrible. Received a cheerful and enthusiastic receptionist. I will never come here a second time

Nice location, just in the walking street. Friendly staffs with great services. Exactly room like picture. However, the bathroom had a baby cockroach, and it was a little bit smelly. I think you just need to ask the janitor to clean the bathroom.

Phòng ốc cũ, nhà vệ sinh không sạch, có mùi ẩm mốc, không có thang máy, khách sạn ngay khu vực phố Tây nên ban đêm nhạc ở các quán lân cận rất to, giựt đùng đùng Điểm cộng là nhân viên thân thiện, niềm nở, vị trí ngay trung tâm
