The hotel serves breakfast. Breakfast has quite a lot of dishes. Cute staff. They let me borrow eating utensils and use the microwave to heat up takeout food. Prepare the room as I noted. The room is described as shown on the app, quite spacious, suitable for a family of 2 couples and small children. Clean the room every day.

Nice hotel, convenient location, friendly and enthusiastic staff. Requires a Covid test or a negative certificate before entering the room, so it is quite safe during the epidemic season. Will be back on the next trip. Thank you Len!

Hotel staff's request to keep guests' ID cards in case of damage to furniture in the room is unreasonable and not in accordance with regulations. If the guest does not agree to keep the CCCD, they must pay 500k to ensure... I have been to many hotels in many places, this is the first time I have seen regulations like this - Room soundproofing is not good. - The hotel staff's support is also not good. The guest wants to take the elevator from the hotel basement to the room, asking the staff for support, then the staff asks the guest to use the stairs to go to the G floor, then from the G floor to the room. .

The hotel is small but fully equipped, especially the buffet is very delicious, and the food changes daily. There are many eateries around the hotel so it is very convenient, 700m walk from Xuan Huong Lake, and very close to the market. The staff are very attentive and polite. Although I went during the summer, the number of guests was quite large, but the soundproofing was quite good. The only negative point is that I didn't know that the stander room did not have air conditioning. The hotel should take more detailed notes to let guests know in advance.

Friendly and enthusiastic staff. I forgot something and they still sent it to me. Great breakfast, especially the soup dishes (beef noodle soup, hu tieu...) The hotel should add air conditioning!

Khách sạn tốt, dịch vụ ok sạch sẽ lễ tân thân thiện giá tốt nha, ưu tiên linh động check-in cho khách. 1 điểm trừ lớn duy nhất khách sạn không có điều hoà, thời tiết đà lạt khỏi nói mấy năm nay xây sửa cày nát tp, đà lạt giờ cực nóng cực bụi mà không có mlanh thì thôi nóng kinh dị vào mùa nắng
