Child policy: - Maximum 1 (one) child under 6 (six) ages sharing existing bed with parents without surcharge. - Children from 6 (six) to 11 (eleven) ages sharing existing bed with parents shall be charged VND 150,000 per child upon check in and may be changed during public holiday or Tet. - Children from 12 (twelve) years old shall be charged as adults.

We check-in, the receptionist tells us to wait, the room is cleaning and will be ready soon. We wait for 1.5 hours, still tell us the cleaner is cleaning. If check-in late or whatever should let us know to wait or to go somewhere else. When we ask the receptionist again, she shows bad attitude to us. I pay higher to book the suite room but at the end absolutely unhappy with this hotel.

First we booked 5 rooms then we have 2 more guests so we booked 6 rooms total all were 6 rooms, but all were no window, so the room seem not enough air and like prison than hotel, it is no nature light because no window, too dark l and due to no air so room, were not fresh smell. Beds mattress were hard. The hotel 3 stars but i think it was just 1 star. Special 3 stars hotel but not enough car parking lot, we stay 6 room, 12 people each room 976,000VND around 42USd/per room then we had two cars they did not have enough parking lot so only one car can parked, other car must park on the street where the hotel guide us to park and they ask pay one night 100,000vnd (about 4usd) it were not much but my points it is not 3 start hotel standard, parking lot should be provide for guests and we used 6 rooms for only two cars they cannot arrange and collect parking fee seem too bad. Finally room condition were bad, hotel policy were bad..food acceptable not many but states ok. Staff in receptionist ok, staff at the restaurant not so cheerful face. My babe broken one coffee glass and we said sorry need paid 40,000vnd already but till her face very heavy with my kid who just 3 year old

Location is near market so we can enjoy food, go around and visit other places. Service is friendly, helpful. Food is so good, I enjoy the food everyday at here.
