I have a 3 day stay at the hotel. Beautiful room view, can see the sunrise, the moon rises. Clean hygiene. The only thing is that room 3405 does not have a fan, during the day the sun shines directly on the heat. Staff service is ok. The wedding room is prepared and comes with cakes. Satisfied.

Breakfast was a bit boring. I think if it was a local hotel, there should be more local specialties. Western food was not well prepared and not tasty. And the noodles and pho were also not good.

Nói chung là cũng được, nhưng có vài trải nghiệm không hài lòng lắm. Lúc mình check in tầm 9h tối nên tự bê đồ lên phòng, không thấy người giúp. Phòng ở thì tủ lạnh bị hỏng. Dầu xả bị hết. Còn đâu mọi thứ okie.

The outdoor swimming pool is under maintenance, while the indoor pool is not air-conditioned, there is no hot shower, lots of chlorine, weak hot water in the room, long check-in procedures, normal breakfast.

Poor hygiene...k beautiful and luxuriously clean. Vinpearl Thanh Hoa although the price is similar. The toilet floor is not clean...the glass is dirty, the robe is not fragrant...everywhere at Vinpearl but in Ha Tinh really makes me feel uncomfortable and disappointed.
