The staff is very ok. Friendly, full of support The room is not too new, but neat, clean and comfortable. The pillow is soft, not too high and hard. The spa is ok, and there is a discount The swimming pool is a bit small, but it is ok and cool. The requests will almost always be met immediately. I am quite satisfied.

Minus 2 points, 1 is the breakfast is not delicious, the buffet is too bad, every dish is bad, I don't know if it's because it's crowded or not The second most important point is that I booked a room more than 1 month in advance, but before the check-in date, the hotel emailed to inform that the day I stayed there was no hotel parking, I had to park at a paid parking lot, total 250k for 2 days of parking (the last night was free, I don't understand 🙄) the rest is okay. Next time I will choose another hotel

We were very satisfied with the 2 bedrooms Suite room. The space was spacious, extremely suitable for my family's needs. The room was exactly as beautiful as the promotional photos so I didn't take any more photos. All my requests for support were quickly and enthusiastically handled by the hotel staff. We will definitely return to this hotel next time.

Location near the square, at 6am, the town speakers were playing for 45 minutes, making it impossible to sleep. Traveling and being forced to wake up earlier than going to work makes travel very bad. Facilities, hygiene, and staff attitudes are all good. Breakfast has a few dishes.

I stayed at Melia Tay Ninh and Melia Nha Trang, both were very good, reasonable room rates, good service, right in the center, convenient for traveling, surrounded by many dining areas, in the same Vincom building. My family went during the holidays so we could only book a delux room, but when the staff checked in, they gave me a 1-bedroom room with a kitchen.

Khách sạn có sảnh chờ mùi khá thơm, nhân viên lịch sự và nhiệt tình, đó là ấn tượng làm mình quay lại lần 2. Mặc dù giá mình trả cho phòng và gói không buffet đủ để đặt tại 1 khách sạn khác cùng phân khúc 5 sao và có cả ăn sáng nhưng final vẫn chốt chọn Melia, đơn giản vì chất lượng là thứ làm khách hàng luôn muốn sử dụng thêm nhiều lần.

Đi Nha Trang mà chỉ muốn nằm ở khách sạn hòai luôn không muốn đi đâu khác hết á. Mình đến khách sạn lúc 11h tối sau khi đã lái xe 12 tiếng đồng hồ từ Hội An đến Nha Trang nên lúc này đã rất mệt và chỉ muốn nghỉ ngơi. Khi đến khách sạn và thấy ở đây có bãi đỗ xe rộng rãi cho khách đi ô tô, có welcome drink và thủ tục nhận phòng nhanh chóng làm mình cảm thấy thoải mái và có tâm trạng tốt hơn sau chuyến đi dài.
