Room very nice, clean. I do not think at this price that the hotel is beautiful and luxurious, fully equipped so. The surrounding area is also quiet, with spacious parking spaces, also close to the sea.

The hotel is located in a prime location, looking at the outside is quite clean but I am not satisfied with some of the following: 1. Poor soundproof quality, can hear voices, watch tv in the other room. 2. The bed is quite old, lying down and sleeping is listening to the creaking very uncomfortable. 3. My room lacks all personal hygiene items such as brushes, shampoos, etc. to clean the room, leaving the user's trash brush first. Even if my room doesn't have toilet paper, this is the point I feel the worst. 4. The pool has a nice view, but the water is very dirty, mossy pool (I swam at 6:45 am no one got down, the water heater was working)

Ksan is quite near the center, going to the sea is also close. Rooms are quite neat and clean. A owner is quite friendly, dark shift workers grimace uncomfortable (busy playing games :))). Basically also quite satisfied
