I've never seen a hotel this bad. The room is dirty and hasn't been swept for days. The pillows are discolored and the bed is covered in dust. The pillowcases are moldy. The bathroom and sink are dirty. The room's tables and chairs haven't been cleaned for a long time.

Terrible. Shouldn't stay at this hotel at all. Already paid. Still coming to charge the room. Very bad. Staff can't speak English at all. Cannot communicate, can't understand why can I book through here when the staff don't understand that we have booked and paid? Causing me to have a very bad experience Not memorable, not likely to come again, the worst
