Staff rất thân thiện, làm việc hiệu quả. Phòng sạch sẽ, tiện ích đầy đủ, trang thiết bị nội thất tốt. Bồn tắm để ngâm mình trong nước nóng rất hợp lý (đặc biệt sau khi dầm mưa Đà Nẵng về) Tổng quan khách sạn cho cảm giác chỉn chu, thoáng mát. Địa điểm rất thuận tiện: 2 phút ra biển/bãi tắm/trung tâm thành phố, 10 phút đến khu bar club xuyên đêm, các siêu thị 24/7 cách vài bước chân.

The hotel is suitable for couples and families with small children. There is a large lobby for children to run and play in. Even though it was raining when I went to Da Nang, the hotel was maintaining the swimming pool. But I'm still happy when I take a bath and play in the lobby. Only the room light is not very bright. 1. the refrigerator cannot be used. the smell is extremely bad 2. the breakfast menu does not change, the hot dishes are only 2 dishes: chicken pho and fish noodle soup, refilling is also slow 3. poor electricity, plugging in the charger also breaks, the light bulb burns 4. daily cleaning is dirty, only throwing trash in the trash can, trash on the table or sink will be left as is. The receptionist was not enthusiastic and even the manager did not help. I borrowed an iron from the time I checked in until I checked out but it was still not there. The room was older than the advertised picture. Will not return, do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The old hotel has rooms that are okay but run down (for example, some rooms have broken air conditioners, some rooms have broken refrigerators, etc.) The technical staff have extremely bad attitudes. When the air conditioner is broken, they report it to the receptionist and they are rude and rude to the customer, and the climax is when they curse the customer as "NOTICE" even though the air conditioner is broken and cannot be fixed and I have requested to change to another room in the 35 degree heat of Da Nang. The hotel manager handled the situation poorly and did not come forward to clarify the matter even though I requested to meet them in person. They evaded responsibility, did not apologize, and pushed the responsibility onto the receptionists. WILL NOT COME BACK AGAIN.
