1 year of going to Dalat probably 4-5 times and each time is different for each hotel but this is the first hotel with the best service according to my assessment. I asked the hotel to decorate the birthday room as required and what the hotel offers beyond my expectations 👍

The staff needs to take care of the guests' car parking more, because at first the hotel said there would be a parking space, but when they arrived, the cars were parked on the side of the road, there was no staff to guide the guests to the parking space, I hope the hotel will fix it to make it better. Everything else is great.

This is the trip to celebrate my first anniversary. My partner found it on the Traveloka and we decided to spend our holiday with this one. This hotel exceeded all my expectations (friendly staff, good service, modern equipment, cleanliness,..). We are very pleased with this hotel, especially with their dedicated service. The room is beautiful, has a balcony, when I stayed there, there was no inconvenience in terms of facilities, what I liked most was that the staff was very enthusiastic, polite and the breakfast was delicious, the menu changed every day. I gave banh bot loc 10 points.

The experience after 2 nights has pros and cons. Pros: friendly staff, very attentive management and creates a strong impression. Modern room with air conditioning, heater, large TV, convenient Japanese style bathroom. I didn't use breakfast so I don't know how it is. Cons: hotel staff are not tactful when communicating. For example, when I borrowed an umbrella, you said if I damaged it, I would have to pay 200k, which I found a bit too industrial. About the room, you assigned me a different room than the one on the app, but it was not the same as the outside. The room I stayed in had a bathtub next to the bed and to go to the balcony, I had to go through the bathtub. I didn't use the bathtub but used the shower, so there was no glass separating it, so the water splashed everywhere and wet the entire bathroom. The room's soundproofing was not good, just people walking back and forth in the hallway moved slightly and could hear it very clearly. In addition, the smell of the sewer is very bad, especially in the morning. The whole room stinks and is unbearable. You guys should double check this smell because it really gives you a headache.

The room is fully equipped, clean, comfortable, has air conditioning and heating. The staff is cheerful and enthusiastic. Although only my room had a problem with the water line of the automatic toilet, I don't know why every few minutes I heard the sound of the water pump once, it was very uncomfortable to sleep at night when I heard that sound. The bed in this room is a bit small if you have a child sleeping with you.

I stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights from October 7 to October 9 and was very satisfied. The service was good, especially the bellman was very quick and took good care of customers. The area is near the center so it is very convenient to travel. Basically, I wanted a room with a higher ceiling and a large balcony, but my room had a balcony with a partition, I was not very satisfied with this point. The room interior is very modern, vote 5 stars for the sensor toilet that works very hard and the shower has a temperature control knob, the mirror is connected to the speaker and the night light is super convenient. The room has both air conditioning and heating, although the room has a lot of space to look in the mirror, it would be great if there was a dressing table. In conclusion, it is a worthy place to choose to stay when you come to Da Lat.
