Everything is ok MINUS POINTS for the receptionist right from the check-in stage I chose the 2nd floor room When checking in, they gave me the 1st floor card and said nothing Until I asked, they said the 2nd floor room was under renovation, and they also said the view was the same? Should have informed the guests, but when asked, they said why Otherwise, everything is ok, soundproof, spacious room, good facilities, the price of food and drinks is cheap in my opinion 1* for the receptionist but 8 points for the rest of the experience

Convenient location for parking and turning around. Staff enthusiastically gave directions. But the room's soundproofing was quite poor. Can hear other rooms laughing and talking. Woke me up many times. Other services were fine.
