thank the hotel and the staff here for helping me, Very close to the walking street center, very convenient for traveling. Food around the hotel is many, delicious and quite cheap. The hotel is located in the old town alley so it is very quiet. I am very pleased to come back

My family had a very comfortable stay here, the owner was really friendly. 100 phlegm plus. The day I checked out because the plane was delayed, my family paid a bit late, but still didn't get charged and he was thoughtful about asking about things. Will definitely stay here if I return to Hanoi

I had a very satisfied experience here, the hotel meets all needs even though we added 3 people to the last minute. Super cute and enthusiastic staff. The room is very clean, the location is right in the center so it is very easy to move. Will come back if you have a chance to rest in Hanoi !!! Nice

Personally, I found the room clean, fragrant, the bed very comfortable, I don't know if I went on a weekday or not, but I found the space very quiet. Although the shared bathroom is outside in the hallway, it is quite clean. When booking a room, you should pay attention to the hotel title on the app "max 2 hours stay...", to be sure, you should call the hotel to confirm the room price booked on the app because when I arrived to check in, the staff informed me that I could only stay for 2 hours, while I thought that was the price for one night.

The room was dirty and not taken care of, the bathroom was moldy, the bed sheets were moldy, but the staff was friendly and nice, the price was a bit high

The room was dirty, extremely itchy, the bathroom was dirty, I didn't dare to hold the faucet, when I entered I saw a half-drunk bottle of mineral water lying next to the TV, I don't know when the room was cleaned, the carpet was wet, I didn't dare to step on it. The problem was that I booked on the app for 1 night, but the check-in time was 2 hours, I accidentally brought too much luggage, and when I canceled, my card was still deducted, my fault for not reading the review first, so I still tried to pay double the price on the app, at night I had to wear a long shirt and long pants to avoid covering myself with a blanket because it was too itchy, I used a separate towel to cover my pillow, in general, for that price, I went to a much cleaner place because it wasn't cheap.

The description is 1 night - but on the product it can only be used for a maximum of 2 hours. When I went to check at home, the owner said there was no such price. When the customer came to ask, there was not even a single explanation. Meanwhile, the customer here came to see the description I showed and said that the home side did that, it would confuse the customer. Not even an apology! Reading the comments below, the same situation happened 🙏

Pay attention because it's usually more than 500k/night, ~200k is 2 hours. I didn't pay attention to looking at each day + check-in and check-out time, so I accidentally paid for 2 hours and couldn't cancel or refund. From experience, the sheets and pillows are smelly, the fans are dirty and probably haven't been cleaned for a long time, and the floor is also quite sticky and dirty. I probably won't come back a second time because I'm really disappointed. With the money I spent, renting another homestay would have been much more spacious, comfortable, and much cleaner. Huhu, it's expensive, it's not clean, it's smelly, it's too dirty. I hope the homestay will improve and only welcome guests once, homestay owner😭 oh my god
