The hotel is near the beach, convenient for traveling, there are many shops around, nearby there is a restaurant on Ha Bong street which is also very good. The room has a window overlooking the street, spacious, full of amenities. But there are cockroaches in the room, in the wardrobe, I also read on fb that there are cockroaches from other guests. There is trash right near the elevator door, but it is not cleaned up immediately so it smells, very uncomfortable when waiting for the elevator, the hotel should pay attention to cleaning up early or move the trash area to another place.

My family stayed here for 4 days and 3 nights, the room was right next to the sea, beautiful, booked on the app so I was a bit nervous but the experience was great. Close to the center, clean room, airy, air-conditioned, hot and cold. Da Nang is so beautiful.

Oh my gosh, I saw everyone's review but I didn't believe it so I booked it. When I got to the room, it seemed okay, so I left my stuff there and went out. I opened the door and turned on the lights and there were a bunch of cockroaches crawling all over the room. I got goosebumps. I was going to leave but I only slept for one night so I was scared. I won't dare book again. Besides the friendly and lovely staff, the hygiene was the worst. Thinking about it now, I'm still scared.

Stayed for six days. Clean and well presented room. Always hot water available and the staff were excellent and very helpful. Also excellent value for money, would recommend.

Simple room hotel suitable for short trip. Location is great, staff are friendly. However, when we visited, there's construction sites surrounding so it's noisy in the day. The room's windows are not good, we got a broken one that can't close anymore (we were on 10th floor). Besides, rooms are clean, no sea view so don't trurst the picture, but it's really 2nd row from the street facing the sea. Good coffee and food surround.

The staff here are good, enthusiastic, friendly, and accommodating. The hotel is in a beautiful location, convenient for entertainment, travel, and experience. This is the third time organizing a family vacation in Da Nang and with this stay experience, we continue to bring satisfaction to the whole family when booking hotel services here. The price is very preferential compared to the services they provide, very worthy for everyone to choose.

The guests were still staying at the hotel, but the cleaning staff came into the room to rearrange the sheets (I don't know if this is a common thing in hotels or not), so I was a bit confused.

I went during Tet. Booked during the sale, the price was around 400-450k/day, so it was cheap. The hotel is near the beach, just across the street. The room has a large glass view, but because it is under construction opposite, the view is limited. The room is not too big, not too small, just enough to use. The only thing I don't like is that the elevator is a bit dark when closed. With that room price, I don't ask for much.
