The hotel is located right in the city centre. The hotel rooms are not modernbut clean enough. The staff are so friendly and helpful. I was impressed because this is the first hotel I've stay having the coffee machine in the restaurant.

Phòng không xứng đáng 3*, nhà vệ sinh nước chảy quá yếu, khăn lau quá cũ, máy lạnh thì hư. Phòng không có cách âm nên rất ồn ào. Nói chung nó chỉ xứng đáng là 1 nhà nghỉ chứ không đạt 3* tiêu chuẩn. Chỉ được cái mã bên ngoài.

Checkout, waiting to check the room. Receptionist asked me to wait for a chair... I sat and waited for a while and felt it was taking too long before I came to ask and then said it was done. When checking in - checkout, I sat in the lobby but didn't get a glass of water. It's a 3-star hotel.

This hotel is the worst of the hotels I've stayed in Pleiku. Room very old and dirty, not like the picture. Sound insulation is too poor. In the room but like on the street. At midnight, the staff and guests were talking and walking very loudly, unable to sleep. 5:30 am the housekeeping staff voluntarily opened the door of the room with the reason to clean the room😇. The internal phone cannot make a call. Overall a poor service attitude. Never set foot until the 2nd time. I booked 2 nights and had to cancel after that to transfer to another hotel.

When I checked in, I did not know why I had booked and paid through the app, but the hotel still checked in for a long time and was cumbersome with the room I received as well as the note when I booked on the app. But the room I received was quite dark, so it didn't feel very clean. Buffet breakfast is less selective, the juice is a bit bland. In return, the staff members are also friendly, enthusiastic, helping when needed.

When there was no room, the hotel moved to a small hotel in temporary place 1 day later and transferred to pleiku hotel & me. It takes time to resolve and move the luggage, while it has been booked nearly a month
