Lack of room convenience: no hanger for towels at all; no bed lamp - poor room design: toilet, shower area - too noisy (bad sound isolation) - bad food - no proper car parking - staff are not well trained Conclusion: not deserve to be a 4-star hotel. I would not recommend friends to stay in this hotel.

They upgrade me to deluxe sea view which I appreciate very much however the breakfast is not good. What make me up set is that the Housekeeping who check the room during check out said I took the remote which I told him to recheck it’s on table and he said can not find. So I decided to go up and find it on the table while the HSk staff just sit on the bed. Asking for wake up call also no calls lucky that I put my alarm on.
