Staff are very helpful and fast actions. Location wise is good, but there are 2 lobbies, main and back lobby, so please don't forget to state main lobby whenever you want to order online taxi. Many local coffee shops nearby. Walking distance to the walking street market. About 10mins by car to one of the proper mall.

Very nice hotel located in the city and service well but the hotel is limited facilities or allow staff don't inform as well.

It's too bad that Pullman is unprofessional and there are so many bad problems. When I first arrived, I asked where the parking was, but no one answered and ignored it. Then it was about the fact that I booked the room and paid for it on the app, but that party said it didn't receive the booking information and let the guest wait for 20 minutes. After that, a deposit of 3 million was required. Even though the room has been paid in full, it refuses to accept transfers or swipes ATM cards, but instead asks guests to swipe their credit cards to deposit. Then when checking out, they did not say that they would refund the money to their account later. As a result, the next day it said to wait 1-2 weeks to refund the customer. So that's how. Doing it too unprofessional

No check-out, but the staff thought to check out, so I went to the room to clean and when I got back, the staff said, "I thought to check-out." After that, the cleaning staff left the mop in the room. to "do not disturb" but still call to get the mop :( Looks like the "do not disturb" button does not impact with Pullman, I am constantly being called to annoy me here even though I reminded me many times :((

Not very satisfactory design compared to the other 5 star hotel I rate it as a 4.5 star hotel but not the 5 star I would expect.

All staff Pullman awesome, they are help us for re schedule cause something problem, got surprise wed Annie, food was great, mad cow resto is super awesome, feel I don't want to go and stay more and more, very recommend hotel for stay and lucky we can met all contestant Miss grand International at this hotel!

I like this hotel, good view and center of the city with a high speed internet connection, can't wait to come back again.
