Child policy: - Maximum 1 (one) child under 6 (six) ages sharing existing bed with parents without surcharge. - Children from 6 (six) to 11 (eleven) ages sharing existing bed with parents shall be charged VND 15,000 per child upon check in and may be changed during public holiday or Tet. - Children from 12 (twelve) years old shall be charged as adults.

The story is that the breakfast service is not worth the price I paid. In the morning, there were only 2 dishes, the vermicelli dish had sour beans and meat. I was very worried because if I ate it, I would have a stomachache. While the photo of the breakfast was a buffet. And they charged 100k/person for breakfast only. When I asked the hotel, they said they sympathized because it was a weekday so they only did that. While I had to pay an additional 100k/breakfast/person and had to sympathize with the hotel. It was so ridiculous. If you can't provide a commensurate service, don't charge guests more for breakfast. I paid 100k for a bowl of sour vermicelli. And who should I sympathize with? Of course, I will never come back to this hotel again. and neither will my friends and relatives.

Clean room, friendly staff, new interior, spacious and spacious. There are massage chairs under the lobby to help relieve fatigue. Will come back if there is a chance to come to Da Lat.

The hotel does not have a car park, but on the app it says parking so I just made a reservation at cover I went to check in but could not meet the receptionist at the hotel. Security guards do not support customer parking but just stand in the hotel waving at guests. And when I went to the hotel to ask, the security answered "there is no parking space, we have to send it." We were really annoyed because we did not feel welcome. I think the hotel should improve the pick-up to make guests feel more comfortable.

Đồ ăn sáng sơ sài, nguội. Không có biển tên đồ ăn. Đến nhận phòng mãi sau khách nói mới có người bê cho 😢. Được cái phòng rộng rãi, giá tốt
