Can check in early and check out late. Enthusiastic staff. Normal breakfast. My villa room was right on the beach so there was a little sand on the bed and there were mosquitoes in the room. I like the playroom for children, clean and beautiful.

Phòng giống hình, sạch sẽ, view đẹp. Ăn sáng khá ngon và rất nhiều món. Mình đã ở nhiều nơi thậm chí cả khách sạn 5 sao nhưng ít có nơi nào mà món ăn đa dạng và phong phú như ở đây. Tuy nhiên, phòng cách âm không được tốt lắm. Hôm kia trời nắng nóng đến chờ nhận phòng ở khách sạn trước hai tiếng mà không thấy được mời uống một ly nước. Thêm nữa, nhân viên lễ tân bảo mình chờ rồi có gì sẽ gọi liên hệ mà chờ mãi không thấy. Mình phải chủ động đến hỏi mới được nhận phòng. Nói chung không hài lòng về thái độ của nhân viên tại quầy lễ tân. Thân thiện và giúp đỡ khách nhất là các chú bảo vệ. Có lẽ các bạn lễ tân nên học hỏi các chú bảo vệ về thái độ và cách tiếp đón khách.
