Enthusiastic staff, I booked a regular room but arrived late so the regular room was sold out; The staff helped me move to the VIP room. Highly recommend everyone to stay in the VIP room because it is larger and has better soundproofing (last time I stayed in a regular room, it was often noisy because the room was right in front of the elevator). However, there is a small minus point: the room's decoration is not eye-catching, and the function is not reasonable when the tea table is placed between the bed and the TV..

Khách sạn sạch sẽ, nhân viên lễ tân bạn nào cũng rất dễ thương và chiều khách hàng. Cả anh quản lý Tommy cũng rất quan tâm đến khách. Vì mình đặt là 2 ngày, nhưng vì công việc mình đi sớm hơn mặc dù đã thanh toán 2 ngày trên app. Nhưng nhân viên khách sạn vẫn gọi điện giữ lại phòng cho mình để lần sau đến mình vẫn tiếp tục ở. Rất đáng để trải nghiệm nha mọi người .

I spent 4 night in a standard bedroom. Both bedroom and bathroom spacious were clean, spacious and my stay was comfortable. Good WiFi. The mattress was on the hard side. The only inconvenience was that the technicians came to clean the AC filters l, without notifying me while I was away, after my bedroom had been cleaned resulting in bits of dust falling on both my bed and floor. One of the ladies at the reception was a little too insistent on getting a cash payment around 8am, after my booking had been extended by 2 more days.

Chưa khi nào đặt phòng mà gặp dịch vụ tệ như vậy, đặt giúp cho khách, trên app thì note sẵn giờ check in, không hỗ trợ mà không có thông báo, đến nơi buộc thuê thêm với giá gấp đôi giá phòng đặt để ở đở chờ tới giờ check in, ghi Benifit Extra miễn phí nâng cấp phòng nhưng khi khách nâng cấp thì đưa giá cao hơn giá đặt tại Khách sạn mặc dù chỉ nâng cấp từ không cửa sổ lên có cửa sổ. (Phí nâng cấp gần bằng phí thuê 1 phòng).
