Great new 3-star hotel with 4-star service! Close by to the night life but away from the noise. Beach is a short walk away with many restaurants nearby. Staff were courteous and attentive especially front desk staff. The buffet breakfast was the best I’ve had in Vietnam with lots of variety. Thank you the Swan Hotel and see you again!

My room has 2 large windows so it's very bright and airy. The city view is also very nice. I booked ≈ 200k/1 night and found it very reasonable. I arrived early at 11am but the hotel still let me check in. However, the room's soundproofing is poor. I could still hear the whispers from the room next door (I couldn't hear each word clearly). The hotel is a bit far from the beach so walking is quite tiring. Spacious parking lot

I booked through a good price. I contacted the phone number on traveloka to ask about support for early check-in with a fee, then met a female sales person, she said yes and told me to text Zalo until I texted Zalo, but until the next day she still didn't reply (and still hasn't replied). Luckily, early the next morning I met a very polite male receptionist who supported me and told me to leave my phone number when there was a room available, the hotel would call, and around 9am a female receptionist called me. The hotel supported me very well except for the female sales person. 1. Room: I was upgraded to a free trip room (I booked dbl). The room was very spacious, with a view of the large area as shown in the picture. The bathroom was also spacious and clean, hot water quickly, many faucets and modes. The bed is super soft, I've been to so many hotels and resorts from domestic to foreign countries but I've never felt like lying on a bed that's as soft, smooth and comfortable as the bed here, I don't know why 😂 In general, in terms of room amenities, I give it 10/10 without saying much. 2. Location: Located at the end of Tue Tinh Street from the sea, so if you want to walk to the beach, it's a bit far. However, this hotel is next to my workplace, so it's very convenient for me. The hotel is convenient to go to Vinpearl, the oceanographic institute, and Cua Be. But if you go to Hon Chong, it's a bit far. 3. The hotel has a large parking lot inside the hotel as shown in the picture. I quite like this parking lot compared to other hotels in Nha Trang. Private and easy to get in, not afraid of getting stuck in a lot of traffic. I recommend this hotel for everyone to come.

The staff handled it unsatisfactorily. The power went out for 5 minutes in the morning and then came back on. My friend got stuck in the elevator for 20 minutes, banging on the door but no one answered. I called the hotline but couldn't get through. I'm on the 8th floor and had to run down. The handling was very slow. When I asked when the power would come back on, they said they didn't know. I checked out at 9am, they charged me for the whole day but didn't compensate me. When I asked, they said they had already fixed the power.

Chúng tôi đặt phòng ở từ ngày 13-15/2/2024. Sáng ngày 13/2 khách sạn nhắn tin báo huỷ phòng lý do over booking khiến chúng tôi không có chỗ ở. Cách xử lý của khách sạn quá tệ và không tôn trọng khách hàng. Giai đoạn Tết, giai đoạn cao điểm, đa phần khách sạn full phòng, do đó tôi đã đặt phòng sớm (vào ngày 31/01) và đã đưa thông tin thẻ ngân hàng. Tuy nhiên nhận được tin nhắn huỷ last minute khiến tôi phải loay hoay đi tìm khách sạn khác mà không được sự hỗ trợ, giúp đỡ từ The Swan (mặc dầu lỗihoàn toàn thuộc về The Swan) .

The hotel has a 3-star reputation but the staff is not professional in that when the guests need to support carrying the item to the room, they say that they do not have a person to do it even though there is a cart. Rooms with minimalist furniture should not be very luxurious, clean, the room is lack of coffee and tea. The sea view is completely unfinished. The breakfast food is very few and it is not delicious and can not be eaten. That price range compared to hotel guests in Nha Trang is far from quality
