The room is spacious, clean and comfortable. Complete facilities, very friendly staff. Ask for help from Ms. Linh in the FO section, she is kind and very helpful. Strategic location, close to Hoan Kiem Lake and attractions in Hanoi. Highly recommended ❤.

The hotel's location is close to the crowds, lots of it is close to food and souvenirs. Rooms are clean, breakfast has a lot of variety. The hotel staff is quite able to help with the information needed by visitors.
